The trial period only allows you to flip through the book so many pages per day so there s no real way to tell if more beneficial information is down the pipeline I learned absolutely nothing new in the trial period If you don t know this stuff you re living under a rock It s all freely available on the internet Requested a refund after canceling and they will not issue Total scam

Horrible customer service The app didn t work for me unfortunately and when I asked them for a half of my refund I felt it would be unfair to ask for the complete refund because at the beginning I was hoping it will work for me the customer service messaged me once to ask the reason why I would like my refund and when I replied I never heard back from them- nothing Be careful before you subscribe Wouldn t recommend at all

Beware This is a scamming company which takes money out of your account even after cancelling I cancelled the subscription on October 9th and saw confirmation on the app but never received a confirmation email I never used that app again untilI realised they started charging 112 I requested a refund and was denied because I haven t cancelled Beware ladies Do not subscribe to this preying scam

I missed the deadline to cancel the free trial by one day and now they won t give me a refund I don t want this service at all as I m not currently trying to get pregnant I wanted to see if it was something I could use when I got to that point Trying to get in touch with them is an absolute joke They have an FAQ and that s about it You can email them but then get a response saying that they don t respond to emails send to that email address

This app is just for money making and not people focused at all Make sure to cancel because they end up charging you for not just a month a serviced which would be bad enough but they charge you for 6 months Customer service is extremely unhelpful If we re talking services they were ok but over-priced There are a few good nuggets but the recipes and instructions on what you actually need to be doing are minimal A full diet plan is only available by paying even more money Not worth the money or head ache

Terrible company with shady business model They advertise up in your face pretend to be safe and welcoming then take your money and you have absolutely no way of contacting them There are better companies around that are more transparent and honest to be fair what they offer are things you can learn on your own What they are doing is taking advantage of women s desperateness

Not satisfied I was unable to cancel yesterday and this morning I was charged an amount I cannot afford for 5 months which I did not sign up for Very misleading I m appealing to the owners at Gyna to have a heart and get back to me please

This review is for the customer service and website I paid 149 for a several-month subscription to Gyna and thought the information was useful and easy to digest After a few months I suspended my subscription and received a confirmation email that my subscription would be suspended until January 2024 However I was just charged 149 today Dec 2 2023 I tried going to the app and website to contact them find an email but neither is working The pages won t even load I then dug through my emails and found a contact email emailed them then received an automated response saying that they don t answer emails at their info email This is incredibly frustrating I m now working with my credit card company to get my refund and see if they can block Gyna from ever charging me again I wonder if they went out of business and didn t let their customers know but are still charging them This is all highly suspicious

SCAM Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service Avoid at all costs This company is extremely difficult to contact and completely unresponsive It is impossible to speak with a representative I am usually quite savvy to scam companies but have been caught out here by joining the free trial on the gyna app based upon seemingly positive reviews Due to a sudden traumatic bereavement I had understandably not been aware of an auto-renewal payment for the subscription I have not accessed or used the account and I have now been trying to contact Gyna on a daily basis for the last 10 days to explain the situation There is no direct email or phone number just an online form Despite trying to contact every day I have still not had any response The info email listed for the company here does not respond to enquiries I would have hoped that a company based upon the ethos of gyna would be reasonable enough to understand extenuating circumstances and issue a refund to help avoid any further additional stress which would be very much appreciated at this difficult time 127 is a significant amount of money that I need to be refunded ASAPPlease do not make the same mistake DO NOT engage with this company DO NOT sign up for a Free Trial Honestly the worst and most disgraceful company I have ever encountered To take advantage of people s desire to get pregnant in this way is simply awful Shame on you Gyna
