Great guidance on foods to incorporate while TTC plus some GREAT recipes

Overall my Gyna experience has been good The roadmap of topics to be covered is helpful and the prompts make it feel more like a conversation than doing a lesson We have incorporated many of the recipes shared and there are some that are so good we ll keep making them whether we re TTC or not My suggestions for improvement would be to check for typos duplications in lists and let users do more than 10 min of lessons a day All pretty minor - I recommend using Gyna is you are TTC

All new trends in one place

All the information is gathered from everything we all know It is helpful but I think all this could be sad in a shorter version or with a video It takes long to read all the info that everyone knows Then when it gets to the point that I would get a new knowledge it s blockt till the other day I have red a lot and know nothing new yet I am only on a second day and the information how it s going to continue is not clear for me yet

May or may not cancel at trial end

So far there is a lot of nutrition information that is broken down into digestible chunks of information My biggest frustration is I am only allowed access to a certain amount of information a day This feels like a ploy to drag more money out of me Maybe after the trial period ends this will change but I m considering canceling because I d like to use the time I have to study and get information at my own pace

Like Noom but for Fertility - meh

So far during my trial period it s only been information about nutrition and diet - which I am already very familiar with They also use verbiage to make it seem like No problem Of COURSE you ll get pregnant - I have yet to be advised to reach out to a doctor or obtain medical tests to see where my current fertility is It reminds me of Noom which I also canceled I m sure this will be helpful for someone with no knowledge of where to start but for me it s not enough info I ll stick with my doctor s office

I like the structure and level of

I like the structure and level of information I dont like that you seem only be targeting US women that there is a daily limit of what I can go through

Great resource could be more efficient

I don t love how the app stops me from getting information I know it doesn t want me to burnout but I m eager to learn and get started in this journey I also work as a medical professional so I feel like I can handle large amounts of information On the flip side the information I am learning has been extremely helpful and informative and I m excited to use it in my daily life

An app that gives you nutritional advice

It s a little too sciencey some of the specific scientific details aren t necessary for everyday people I think it s a good app but it didn t suit my needs If you re a healthy individual that exercises daily and eats very clean doesn t smoke and rarely drinks this isn t the app for you It does give some very good basic and foundational nutritional advice though So if you aren t living a healthy life this is probably a great app for you

It has a lot of information but it should also refer to other countries

It has a lot of information but most of the time the information fits USA and I live in Europe more concretely in Portugal Some of the terms are difficult to transpose and some foods doesn t even exist here or at least I have never heard of them On the other hand I am happy to know more about conceiving and health and I think it very usefull I am curious to read the rest

Expensive but well organized

I liked the organization motivational messages and general happy mood It was rather expensive which is why it s great that there is a free trial but I do like the idea behind it and the help that this could provide If you have it in your budget especially if you have PCOS or another hormonal imbalance I think it could really help you I don t love that they restrict the amount of articles you can read in a day
