Excellent service

Excellent service very polite and great job by Rob and Patrick Plymouth code BDW734 They have been 3 times this year due to defective sofas from SCS but Rob and Patrick have been brilliant everytime

A job well done

This move was conducted over two days and as the dates approached I felt rather apprehensive about how things would go However I have to say that the removal men were brilliant on both occasions friendly efficient helpful and importantly funny They made me laugh on what could have been two very stressful days I did my bit and kept them going with tea coffee and Jaffa Cakes They coped with difficult removal conditions and at times rain and both my husband and I were very happy with the end result Also the cost was very competitive and the men certainly earned their money A job very well done Thank you

Patrick and Stuart came to take away our old sofas and deliver our new ones They were so efficient and lovely and considerate of our house and tidied up after themselves Great service

Impeccable service great bunch of lads and a truly great service was provided by the Hackworthy Plymouth team at a competitive realistic price We had a big move to carry out and the team sent additional guys to assist them- they all turned up with smiles on their faces and made the experience truly memorable and almost enjoyable One of the team was particularly jovial and humorous which lifted the tone on a rainy wet day We have already recommended this company to our friends and will continue to do so The reception team also deserve a mention as they are competent and professional Thank you to Kevin and all the team All the best The Bartrams

The team were fabulous on a difficult and stressful day We were still packing and dismantling stuff when they arrived plus our completion was late as were the keys and we got nothing but positivity and a jolly attitude They worked unbelievably hard and we couldn t recommend them more

Hackworthy staff were extremely helpful from the get-go On the day the removal team were professional and as far as we are concerned went above and beyond what was expected We would undoubtedly use them again should we happen to move but more importantly would happily recommend to anyone thinking of using them
