I was very skeptical of buying from an ihahahandbags ru I took a chance on 1 6 2022 One of the items was out of stock and the let me choose a different one an upgrade without additional cost I ordered again on 12 31 22 One of the items was out of stock They sent me an email asking what I would like to do so I took a credit for my next purchase I purchased once again using my credit on 5 22 2023 After checking the website I see the notification my items have been sent awaiting a tracking number The quality has always been top notch as well THE ONLY area of improvement is I have never received a response to any question I had But they do reach out if there is a problem with your order on their end Update I received an email with tracking number 5 25 23
