Excellent service from Hair Palace from my first consultation to coming home after surgery Doctors were brilliant and made me feel very welcome and comfortable during my stay Food provided at Hair Palace was lovely Apartment they provide was of a very high standard Procedure was pretty much pain free apart from the numbing injections but was just like the dentist local anaesthetic Upon arriving home I was very happy with the outcome and I am looking forward to seeing my new hair growth come through I would like to thank Dr Csilla Kelemen and the rest of the crew I would definitely recommend Hair Palace

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable The Dr walked me through the procedure and was realistic with expectations I had previously had a procedure in Turkey 2 years ago I wish I had come here first The donor area incisions are very small compared to the ones received in Turkey and the whole area looks clean tidy and nor red and sore like I experienced before They also have netflix I could relax and take my mind off the procedure Looking forward to the results

A super team of professionals from start to finish It is a little unnerving going to a country you have not visited for the first time in your life for an intervention you have never experienced But they look after every detail throughout and make you feel completely at ease I would give Hair Palace 11 10 if that were possible

Very positive experience with the clinic Environment is discreet friendly professional clean Personnel is very kind and professional the surgeon has been excellent very focused and dedicated put me at ease The treatment lasted one entire day from 9 00am till 7pm All very structured organized everybody knew what needed to be done I perceived that the team has long experience in hair transplant It s now been only a few days after the surgery and all is going as expected Will need to wait several months for the results Thank you A

It was a really tough decision for me to get a hair transplant but I have to say I chose the best place available Everything was well organized - the first consultation- the communucation via email and phone- the personnel is outstandingly nice and professional- you can watch netflix or films during the transplantation- everything went as plannedIf I m willing to get further treatment I ll definitely go to them Overall I can highly recommend HairPalace to anyone who is seeking for a great hair transplant Thank you

My first impression is the fact that all my questions were answered before I even asked them Absolute thoroughness essential when potential patients would be apprehensive The apartment was perfect and drivers on time The clinic was modern immaculate and staffed with competent professionals Even the lunch was outstanding Aftercare continues long after the treatment They have worked out that their working standards fuel their reputation How successful was the transplant Too recent but they have done their part now it is up to me to follow instructions I ll let you know Trust me trust them
