First of all I want to credit

First of all I want to credit yourselves on the correspondence It was so easy and stress free From the first point of contact to transfers both there and on the way back Also the hotel was clean and very well maintained However on my first transplant I came back after 80 of my grafts didn t grow This resulted in my guarantee be approved and on my return I still had to pay extra as the doctor wanted to implant more hair Extra on top of the guarantee which I didn t understand On my return I had another transplant which has also not been successfully I followed all the advice strictly This included no rain or wind or sunlight I even slept sat up on the first which one instructed Yet again I can not fault the communication it was brilliant However this was also not successful due to my hair been implanted straight vertical and not on an angle see photo attachment I have offered a third transplant and myself suggested taking as much as you possibly need providing I sign an agreement to say I can t come back or complain about anything as this would leave scars on my donor area I was then told that overall after both of my transplants that 80 percent of these grafts was successful but the pictures speak for themselves Finally all the reviews are straight after the treatment therfore they are based on the experience and not the results Don t get me wrong they were second to none with communication Not so much to agreeing my hair is not upto standard Please see pictures attached and decide for yourself Kind regardsAsh

Not very good Aftercare

I was initially very happy with the staff and transfers I cannot fault how friendly the staff were the food was good the apartment was lovely I had my first transplant with the hair palace Iv just flown back from dr acars cosmedica clinic in turkey for my second procedure After seeing a friends results the difference in the aftercare package is day and night I was sent back from turkey with Tablets for the swelling A head band to stop swelling to you face in the first couple days Antibiotics PainkillersSaline solution Finasterid hair loss medication gastroprotective pillsBlood diluents Medical shampoo for the first month Shampoo the the next 6 after MultivitaminsFood supplements Anti hair loss serum Neck pillow for sleeping Bucket hat to avoid the rain sunlight A 3 page printout describing what to take when to take it how to sleep activities to avoid Breakdown of the first week month and year of care and how you can maximise results My results from hair palace weren t as good as expected but still fairly although it definitely wasn t the 80 they guaranteed and they went abit quiet after this and no mention was made from them that they would fix this for free as stated in there guarantee I wasn t too bothered by this as a fair amount came through and I could easily hide how thin it was but I do feel if they offered the same level of aftercare as cosmedica do my results would have been far better In comparison I was sent home from the hair palace with nothing more than a bottle of saline solution and told to spray my head every hour or two Rinsing my hair with low pressure water and massage the scabs out after a week They did recommend sleeping with a neck cushion My other grumble was upon consultation with dr acar he noticed the hairline I was given on my first procedure was about 10mm too far forward and was actually on the muscles of my forehead Iv always thought it s didn t look very natural but thankfully Iv had it moved back I did ok the hairline that the dr drew on although I am not a medical professional and would have expected the dr to know where it can or cannot be situated That being said the staff and dr were very friendly and we all make mistakes I d like to think that maybe the aftercare procedure is better now than it was To anybody booking I d check this before going further Especially as both the clinics were virtually the same price I did actually leave a 5star review although I cannot seem to find it now I was happy with the experience albeit I didn t know about the incorrect hair line position at the time I don t want to completely bash the clinic as Iv read the reviews and most are positive just thought I d share my experience After experiencing a different clinic
