Amazing service would highly recommend Great experience from start to the finish Doctor was very helpful and it was 99 pain free apart from first few injections after a few seconds they you feel nothing I would recommend to anyone interested I was sceptical at first but there was no need to be from start to finish is was very smooth I just can t wait to see the results in 6 month I ll definitely return next few year to have more treatment Warm regards KK

I just had my transplantation one week

I just had my transplantation one week ago and I m really grateful that I chose HairPalace The team and the doctor were absolutely friendly and professional Special thanks to my doctor Katalin Sereny who did an awesome job my translator who explained all steps of the procedure and the whole HairPalace team for the excellent organization Furthermore I m certainly thankful for the support and care after the surgery The apartment was clean and included everything you need during your stay It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the clinic and you can find a shopping centre near the apartment I also took a friend with me who could stay in the apartment for free All in all I highly recommend the HairPalace clinic and I absolutely don t regret my decision

Everything was well organized from the beginning Starting by the first contact by email through the first telephone consultation via Whatsapp to accommodation and catering on site If anything was unclear the customer service responded very quickly and competently Also on the day of the surgery everything Thanks to the interpreters there had were no communication problems and the very friendly and competent team took care of you on any site The trip to Budapest was definitely worth it and I would happily recommend the clinic to others

I got a great hair condition survey and professional advice Everything happened according to the communication with clear straightforward communication Quick administration Necessary laboratory blood tests prior to the procedure can also be performed using Hair Palace Fully client patient friendly clinic In the family two of us went through the hair transplant with 2 days apart 5 controls medications full service lunch included We don t know the final result yet but we can only recommend it to anyone who had any thought consideration about hair transplant on their head They pay close attention to their patients For men and women alike 80 guarantee on all hairs to remain permanently forever

I had a pleasant experience with Hair Palace The staff was very professional They picked me up from the airport and provided an excellent apartment in a great area of Budapest There was a shopping center only 4 blocks away On the day of the procedure I must say it really was not painful The staff did everything to make it a pleasant experience even ordering and paying for a delicious Hungarian lunch The staff was excellent and very helpful always You tell them exactly what you want They informed me how many hairs they can implant I was informed that an additional 500 hairs over the 4000 hairs could be transplanted I agreed They implanted the hairs in the front and in the back the crown I will come back after 6 to 12 months and update my review after the implanted hairs grow in Thank you Hair Palace

A great experience

I had a great experience at hair palace It s super efficent I filled out an enquiry form online and within about 1 month I had my procedure Hair palace is really profresanional You get picked up from the airport and stay in their own apartments The clinic is really nice and the staff are fantastic I felt really at ease and in good hands I liked the fact it was all women dealing with my surgery and my surgeon was first class alway making sure my operation was pain free and had my best interests at heart Don t worried about a language barrier as you will have an interpretator that speaks fluent English and mine was even a vegan this was a bonus for me as I was able to have a vegan meal at lunch time So far everything has gone great for me and I can t wait to see final results in 6 months time If I need another procedure I will be returning back here
