Fantastic customer service

Having received very poor service from a previous supplier I decided to order my nano extensions from Halo having had one of their Halo bands in the past What can I say Rachel in customer service was absolutely fantastic when the original order got held up by Royal Mail she immediately despatched another set to me by Special next day The speed at which she did this was amazing and the order had left them within a couple of hours from me raising the problem Now looking forward to getting a new set fitted on Friday Definitely recommend this company I feel they have gone above and beyond in ensuring that I get the hair on time

Literally the most beautiful extensions I have ever received I ordered in the late afternoon and they were with me by the next morning and they even included what I worked out to be roughly 100 of freebies detox elixir captules hair elixir captules skin elixir captules a nice little comb and a halo hanger that they sell for around 20 on the site Unfortunately I m going to have to send them back as the colour isn t a match The only thing I could say they could improve is the colour selection but it s still a great selection compared to other places I ve looked Super sad I m having to send these back but if they sell your colour then 10 10 out of all the brands I ve tried these are definitely look like the best although obviously I didn t get a chance to try them on or see how well they last so I cannot judge on those factors

I ll never order anywhere else again

I ordered a 240G weft and this is the most softest thickest hair I ve ever had It feels amazing and gives me so much volume that no other extension brand has ever gave me I ll never order anywhere else again

I have both the Halo Deluxe The ponytail Both pieces are amazing The quality is beautiful and takes minutes to adjust The ponytail is the perfect length I have thin hair and I feel so amazing when I have my extensions on Customer service is incredible

OMG Premium Halo

Omg this hair is amazing I purchased the premium Halo 16 length and goes half way down by back I m 5ft 3 and wow I am so happy with it The hair is thick from root to tip and so natural looking blends in perfectly Wish I d found this sooner I ve spent so much money on other top branded hair this year I ve tried the top 3 companies This is by far the best so far I definitely recommend and will buy again I cannot think of a negative comment
