I ve been staying here for 5 months and I ve had nothing but hassle with this company They came to do a check of the flat for me to come home and my front door wide open my bedroom door unlocked and my drawers open I have never dealt with a company like this Shocking attitude and no sorry etc when reporting my doors being left open

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided I have been without heating and hot water for nine days now which is completely unacceptable Despite numerous calls and emails their response was slow and unhelpful The management of the property is extremely poor It took far too long for any action to be taken leaving me in a very uncomfortable and inconvenient situation Their lack of urgency and consideration for their tenants well-being is shocking I would strongly advise against using Hassle free letting Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service has made this a truly frustrating experience I still do not have hot water or heating in the house with the kids in the house they don t really care It s hassle free for the Landlords only but definitely not for the Tenants base on true experience No home visit to check the property or whatsoever

This was without a doubt the most unprofessional and incompetent housing agent I ve ever dealt with They scheduled the wrong viewing time For the viewing I took a day off work and traveled nearly 3 hours to get to the property only to find out they had made a mistake What made it worse was the constant lying from these agents Chris and Adam They sent me a text to arrive by 11 45 am but since I live far away I spoke to their agents over the phone and we agreed on 12 45 pm I waited for the agent at the property as no one was there I called by 12 50pm which I have screenshots of If that time slot was not available they could have told me ahead of time instead of making excuses and lying when I arrived at the property

Currently living in one of their houses have had no hot water for 5 days and I ve not heard a single thing from them to sort the issue

If you are a Landlord avoid this Lettings AgentFour months into their tenancy our tenants absconded owing eight weeks rent When we were finally allowed access to the property on the day of viewings for new prospective tenants we discovered that the apartment had been left in a disgusting state It was full of the tenants belongings loads of discarded rubbish dirty nappies and a kitchen full of mouldy food When we phoned Adam his response was I don t know what to do Eventually he said that he would speak to Charlotte because she s done a course Hassle Free Lettings were clearly out of their depth in this situation The Short Term Tenancy Agreement isn t worth the paper it s written on It states that rent should be paid by Standing Order but this hadn t been set up so the tenants were able to stop paying without recourse Whilst we appreciate that the situation with the tenants was not exactly the fault of Hassle Free we feel that they were too inexperienced to deal with a matter of this magnitude and we now have to recover unpaid rent through the Small Claims Court

Excellent service I will never use any other agent again Has saved my landlord journey and is always very transparent and honest

Hassle Free Letting are a fantastic agency to rent with I stayed in one of their properties for just under a year and we had a great experience If there was ever an issue such as no hot water they would send out a plumber electrician and check in with us to make sure the issue was fixed I would highly recommend renting with Hassle Free Letting
