Do not trust them No respect bad communication
Pure communication we ve been told they will send us email of confirmation to view the property after I called them many times more than 8 to confirm and to ask about confirmation email they did verbal confirmation after on the day of booking when we called them to double check if they are coming they cancelled the viewing and moved it to another day so again same story many phone calls till I went to see the property with another 8 or 9 people in the queue by the way they came 15 min later than we agreed After viewing we ve Been told to Registered our interest for rent through email wich I done no reply like usually so I called them again do go for the next step I called them few times On my last phone call they told me they are taking the offers from potential tenants and landlord will decide I spent time of work to go to see the property I done many phone calls and also spent time for that so in the end they are saying is kind like an action Do not trust this agency Bad communication No respect Reply to your comments It was 15 min after 4 pm your 5 min is a lie My email does work perfectly also my wife s email as well we both sent you emails and she never get anything back so please don t try to BS and lie About the phone calls I did it many times because I ve seen you don t care you don t reply to emails just because you have to many people interested in that proprety wich Is a Red flag Also you suppose to say that will be kind like an auction wich you never mentioned till after next day of the viewing so I could spend my time with proper agency

A Dishonest Unprofessional Estate Agent
Despite the rent going up 27 905 - 1150 in the 2 years we lived there All was fine until we ended our tenancy When you move out make sure you document everything - they ll make up fraudulent reasons to deduct money from your deposit dragging out the process with lack a lack of replies switching what needed cleaning in every email to try and long you out for as long as they can They illegally tried to charge us 135 for a check out report - Then Claimed 170 to the DPS for charges not even covered mentioned in the contract Lisa Howlett is a total rogue trader Avoid her if you can

Awful agents Liars and scammers avoid this company and go to a reputable agent do your research Why anyone would choose to let their property through them is beyond me LANDLORDS BEWARE THEY RE GIVING YOU A BAD REP AND SCAMMING YOUR TENANTS FOR THEIR DEPOSITS

AVOID Incompetence at every level
Removed the Google profile with terrible reviews to buy fake positive ones on TrustPilot A Scammy estate agent who will invent reasons to deduct from your deposit and delay the process of claiming back through the DPS with fake evidence Continued to be emailed with information about the property as if we lived there over a year after we had moved out Total incompetence at every level Lisa Howlett is not fit to run a business

2lethomes have deleted their google profile to hide historic poor and accurate reviews By the looks of this page majority of reviews are now paid for or are from friends and family Awful grammar and mostly incomprehensible emails with aggressive and uncouth phone calls A totally unprofessional and unfit company Avoid an example of legitimate reviews although mostly removed now search 2lethomes on getagent for an insight

2 year tenants and still here
When we moved in to our property there were issues that needed to be dealt with but the team at 2let homes got them sorted as quick as they possibly could never had an issue with emails texts or phone calls being returned infact Lisa was ringing me on occasions to find out how the work was progressing so as a whole I d definitely use 2let homes again if I needed to

I had a positive experience with 2lethomes the rental process went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner During my tenancy I did not have any issues and we were able to resolve any issues by communicating with staff I have been a tenant for almost 4 years and I am very satisfied with all staff
