Just saying my hat of for the top service I got from support service divisjon at Hatstore Did not get the pakage Called the mailcompany after 2 weekend of delay The could not find out where it was Told me to contact the sender Hatstore They also saw the problem They told my no problems We will give back the money 30 min after the money was one the way 1 hour after i got a message on my phone You got a packadge in youre mailbox Surely there the caps was The same day i mailed Hatstore Explained it The answer Hatstore gave It was exactly what gives a business loyal customers Keep the hat keep the money Hatstore Erlind at support - you just got another really saticified customer

Great service Received a hat that had a slightly damaged brim sometimes stuff happens that s life - I mailed hatstore and they Viktor will be sending a new one without any quibbling Besides the unfortunate slight damage the hats are great quality

I made some hats with my own design as a present for my brothers wedding As I had completed the order I realized that the delivery time was a bit longer than anticipated After contacting customer support they said that they would prioritize my order And it arrived just on time 3 The quality was really good and the embroidery looked amazing This is my new favorite store will definitely buy again

My order got lost or stolen outside of my apartment The delivery company took no responsibility at all even when theyr not suposed to put it there since it is not safe Hatstore sent me new caps and didnt even think twice about it Extrodinary service much love
