Had my windows upgraded a couple of weeks back We were taken care of by Marc at first followed by Andy at their main office who couldn t have been more helpful The fitters were clean polite and tidy Will be returning for further property upgrades

I have been a customer through 3 different installations over some 25 years It s an established company Ours is a big house with conservatory with time things move or need readjusting These guys have a service engineer that comes and readjusts if needed It is a great service Installation of new windows has generally been good and mistakes are corrected without quibble

Top quality product and excellent installation

I am delighted with my new windows They are obviously of a far superior quality to the old ones they replaced Kyle and Tyron worked amazingly to achieve a top notch finish cleaning and tidying as they went They are both very polite friendly and conscientious and it was a pleasure to have them working here Thank you

No window for improvement perfect from the get go

I had been putting off replacing my front room windows for months on end On reflection one day I decided to do something about my tired old shabby panes I finally gave in after a friend of mine put me on to Permaframe The whole process couldn t have been smoother from start to finish from quote to installation it was all taken care of for me No pane at all Couldn t recommend enough Thanks so much to all of the team

I have used Permaframe for over 20 years they have fitted windows 2x patio doors and a front door Workmen polite and efficient and have always done a good job Its great to have them local I recently had a problem with a sticky door and they came within 24hrs and sorted it They are extremely reliable and I would highly recommend
