I feel I was not provided even close to the type of info regarding what my plan includes- which is virtually Nothing I ve now accrued over 2 000 in bills I have to pay for completely out of pocket Total disaster Staff is not fully away of what they are actually selling No good

This insurance company is a pure scam They are taking peoples money and providing nothing None of their online app interfaces work the people on their 1 800 number have no clue what they re doing If you call a Dr and mention Health Net you ll get hostile responses I guess no one wants to deal with them My husband broke his arm Health Net told my husband to get a referral from Urgent Care to see an Orthopedic Dr because our primary Dr had no appointments The Urgent Care place they sent him to had a lunatic Dr who yelled at him and threw his paperwork at him because how the hell am I supposed to make money like this Got the referral from the lunatic and called the list of Orthopedic Drs Health Net gave us all of them exept one wouldn t accept Health Net and the one that did wouldn t accept the referral from the lunatic Dr Health Net sent us to and we paid 50 for So my husband has a broken arm and no one will help him We may as well be living in a third world country

Don t do it They will call you in seconds after you submit your phone number They will continue to call you an endless amount of times after that They use local numbers and you can t block them fast enough They ignored requests to take me off the call list It seems they have padded this review site with some 5 star ratings because no one in their right mind would think they are a 5 star experience

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CONTACT INFO Unless you want to change your phone number email and move your home address please avoid this awful site like the plague You will be called texted and emailed several times a minute Yes every minute I have never had a worse experience online

This is a bait and switch scam to get you on the phone Do not try to sign up for insurance online It takes you through the whole process only to give you an error when you try to check out and asks you to try again the next day Meanwhile they start calling you multiple times a day

Like an idiot I entered my phone number at obamacare com so I could see some health insurance quotes which led me to healthinsurance net Literally 30 seconds later I get a phonecall from the business At first it was automated but then the call switched to a human before it could even finish talking He immediately tried to transfer me to an agent I was creeped out and I felt like I was about to be scammed so I hung up That happened yesterday Guess how many calls I got 50 I ve gotten 14 calls today They re all robocalls with my area code It s so annoying

Too complicated they give you endless transfers which take you nowhere and their website app requires more account creation Nothing is simple and the word gymnastics is insane

They grabbed my google voice number from somewhere Getting about 20 text and 30 calls per day They use fake local area codes Bottom feeder terrible company Don t go near them

I d give this company 0 stars if I could I wanted more information about health insurance and they now call me 10x a day This is borderline harassment Do not fill out a form for more information Don t do it

Purchased health plan they have thus far deducted 2 consecutive months of payments and we ve had NO communications from them Nothing no emails no calls no postal mail Appears to be a scam
