Unfortunately I failed to check here before purchasing myself Similar experience to everyone else I purchased and after 1 day opened a case with PayPal as not as described and not fit for purpose PayPal eventually declined the case saying product was materially as described Appeared to be a cheaply made foam type brace My opinion worth very far less that the purchase price Cheap lettering falling off too Cost 65 UKP and product returned to China to the requested address Still no refund after 8 weeks from the company and certainly none from PayPal I feel I ve been scammed with a cheaply made product which isn t fit for purpose and severely overpriced for the apparent quality Credit where due after about six months this company did make a partial refund but I had just about given up at that point as I heard nothing from them However returning the product cost approximately 12 and the partial refund still left me out of pocket My review remains unchanged I would not recommend doing business with this company I still lost out financially with what was all along a very poor quality product

The anti-snore neck brace does not work at all The 100 guaranteed full refund no questions asked is a lie You are required to return it at your expense to CHINA even though it shipped to me from Illinois They offered 30 refund instead of me shipping it to CHINA

I ordered two of the knee braces they said would fit all sizes well it doesn t fit mine reading these other reviews I just got to cut my losses as returning to China from the UK is too expensive

Well I should have known better but this company insists I am not using the neck brace correctly refuses to give me an address to return items So much for their money back guarantee I wish I had researched this company better and read the reviews China - who would have guessed

On 7 31 2024 I ordered 2 knee patella knee stabalizer from Healthy Lab Co Somehow when I placed the order I was billed for 8 extra knee stabalizer and 4 capscacare pain cream I immediately contacted the company and they said that they were having problems with their computers I requested that they cancel the order they said that they could not cancel since the order was processed even though it was a computer glitch To make a long story short I had to accept the order and resend back to them using it for 21 days I contacted my credit card company and tried to cancel the order I contacted the company founder to no avail The company address is in Australia but I had to ship the items back to an address in China that they would not provide until close to the 60 days window for refund and it would cost 139 00 to ship This bad experience cost me 287 00 and shipping extra 139 00 Please please DO NOT BUY FROM HEALTHY LAB CO they are just scammers Their mistake and they make it almost impossible to return Please learn from my mistake and do not do business with Healthy Lab Co

These people are scammers and fraudsters Although I advised them to cancel my order same day promptly they refused saying that the order has already been shipped contrary to the tracking details on their site They want to force the sale through deceit and force Moreover they charged me for the cost of another unit 54 claiming that it is the difference between usd and Canadian dollar Moreover they want me to return the cancelled order to China 48 while it was sent from Mississauga return cost 15 just to make it more costly to throw the idea of a return DO NOT DEAL with them at all cost

Ordered from Instagram 100 satisfaction or full refund customer responsible for return shipping Went through lots of emails to try to get the refund only way to return product is to ship directly to China which would cost hundreds of dollars to return a 75 product Such a slippery scam stay away

This company if it is company whomever they are they re not in America or the U S A so don t order anything from them They are not legit they are scalers the knee braces don t fit nor do they work STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY BACK TO YOU
