I have suffered hearing problems for a long time and consequently have used both NHS and private audiologists Peter is the most experienced knowledgeable and instinctive audiologist I have used and he will do his utmost to get the best solution for his patients Administrator Anne ensures a warm welcome and always manages to find an appointment that is convenient and prompt Nothing is too much trouble for the team

I saw Audiologist Peter Jones must be around 15 years ago it was a bit of a life-saver TBH He is vastly experience incredibly skilled at what he does and a nice bloke that is easy to talk to a dying breed in my opinion I was born w moderate to severe deafness diagnosed aged 7-8 years old I went on to become a GP For various reasons I was struggling to hear my patients w the NHS digital hearing aids especially having moved health authorities I had grown up learned to hear using NHS analogue hearing aids no matter how good the digital hearing I just couldn t hear a thing and none of the NHS audiologists were all that interested I eventually saw Peter and basically he sorted things out which I know is a massive simplification w the work that was involved people who are skilled always make it look easy Since then only seen Peter at Hearing Matters I can hear my patients and the service just feels like seeing anyone you trust w your health wellbeing over many years no brainer recommending
