I have sent 2 emails about a return item not recieved an answer about the issue Not only that but the return fee is rediculous price compared to other retailers I really should have checked before purchasing You say you don t charge for delivery but by charging 7 you have more than covered your cost

The slippers I ordered L are uncomfortable and don t stay on my feet so I won t be wearing them Disappointing

Bought a pair of knee high boots Lasted one autumn winter season as when I took them out of the wardrobe the following year the sole came away on the first wear Fell in love with the justina bee boots so decided to give them another chance but the same thing has happened Less than a year from purchase and the sole has come away The stitching along the top of the sole is entirely there for appearance deception as it does not actually attach the boot to the sole in any way as it does with well made footwear Really disappointed as they are so comfy but I won t be buying again Il also be letting everyone who asked about the bee boots to not bother buying Waste of money

I was sent the wrong boots I ordered 2 pairs of ankle boots one of which had stars on them and instead I was sent boots with bees on them Now I have to go through the hassle of returning them when I am unwell and don t have the boots I ordered and wanted

Inconsistent Fit and then a fortune to returnMy mother bought a pair of heavenly feet sandals and although the velcro is completely destroyed and tatty after a few wears she finds them comfortable and nice to walk in I tried them on and although we are the same size the straps were hanging off me and the shoes were far too big I decided to purchase a gladiator style sandal as I figured the straps were more substantial and likely to fit better The straps were so small despite being the same size as my mothers that I could not even get my feet in them neither could she I went to return them and you have to foot the cost of the return yourself I looked everywhere for a shop to be able to try these on and no shop I went to in 3 different cities carried any heavenly feet so I was forced to order online without trying on Then the sizes are so wildly different that its a complete lottery - and you have to pay to return depending on what size they decide to send My mother has 3 pairs of heavenly feet - one sandals 2 boots All too big for me I have ordered sandals and some mule shoes in the same size - cannot get my feet in either If you have to pay the cost of returns and the company shoes are not available to try on and the sizes vary this much in my book it just isn t worth it

Ordered a pair if nigela ankle boots size 7 but were too small I ve always bought size 7 in this make so very dissapointed I know have to pay postage to return them and it s not really my fault

i have not had a refund on my order can someone look into this for me

I sent back some slippers that fit incredibly badly and have not received a refund Also the boots I bought about a month ago have already peeled off at the front toes- I m so disappointed

The boots were the comfiest fit But unfortunately after 3 months they have come apart the left boot has no sole
