Forest ankle boots

Lovely boots comfortable and fun Unfortunately because not leather beginning to peel at toes So sad and disappointed

The boots were lovely but too narrow so had to be returned the refund process was slow which is reflected in my score

A One Off This Time

On this occasion I was disappointed with my order And thus have returned them The lite sole boots in theory are an excellent idea and have not put me off ordering in the future However this order was not created with quality in mind The leg part was floppy and the size of the sole was not photographed as well In fact to be honest they look like Koi boots Fine for the younger customers but I wanted a pair to wear with dresses and skirts The 90 s style is for someone else Also unfair that I had to pay return postage through no fault of my own

Delivered quickly but too big

Delivered quickly and in time Unfortunately the boots were too big so had to send back Would be nice size guide that gives measurements on the website rather than saying a size 6 is a 6 or 39 I m a size 5 5 so I don t know if the 5 will be too small and as you have to pay for returns I don t know if I want to risk it

Not as good as the first pair I bought I had bought a purple shiny ankle boot

I had bought a purple shiny ankle boot from you via Dicks Shoes on Anglesey They were the comfiest boots ever as they were so good I ordered a green heart boot in the same style Unfortunately this was a very different fit very rigid at the back and a tighter fit I returned it by post today

Inconsistent sizing

Boots were delivered within the specified time which i appreciated Disappointing that the sizing was off size 5 - too short and tight This was the third pair of boots I ve had from them in different styles and the sizing seems different each time These were nice looking boots and I would have exchanged them for a larger size but they don t offer exchanges Also you have to pay for returns Overall a bit of a let down I was excited when they were delivered which is a shame because my other two pairs of boots are very comfortable - sizing differences makes me wary of ordering again when I have to pay for the return if they don t fit

No where as good as others

Nice boots but certainly not the quality of the Bromley or rolo boots and the sizing is a lot bigger maybe thinking of a different brand from now on sadly to say if they stay like this

Not for me

I thought these shoes were very thin and didn t feel substantial I was expecting more support so returned them

Need to try on before you buy

I like this company s products and bought a pair of boots online based on previous experience offline Unfortunately I couldn t even fasten them as the tops were too narrow It s too difficult to buy boots online without trying them on I will continue to buy in retail shops

Boots much too big

I purchased a pair of gorgeous black Nova boots and they are gorgeous Sadly I have to send them back as they are much too big I am 4 5 and so I purchased a 5 they are huge I am so disappointed This was also the case with a previously purchased pair of loafers
