I bought two pairs of Heavenly Feet boots from a shop when I was on holiday in Cornwall It was the end of August I paid 55 for each I have mostly worn the brown ones which were comfortable and I was pleased Within two months they had started to crack peel and worst of all the soles were coming off and they are now completely unwearable I have not mistreated them This was just the result of wearing them to work which sometimes meant wearing them in light rain I contacted the company with photos and my bank statement showing the purchase but they just told me to take them back to the shop I had already said I could not do this as I bought them 100 miles from where I live I would not purchase Heavenly Feet again I need footwear to last more than two months I suppose they are fashion shoes and meant for occasional wear and never to be worn in the rain I m extremely disappointed

Sized much larger than expected Had to pay to return them as no exchange policy possible Tracked post shows they were safely delivered but I m still waiting for my refund

Extremely comfortable but after only 4 months one of the soles became detached from the upper I contacted customer services and their reply was that sole bond wear is rare but does occur Expensive purchase Not sure it was a worthwhile investment that I d rush to make again After writing this I just read the other reviews all saying pretty much the same thing I took them to the local repair shop who said basically vegan plastic and they just can t perfect a plastic shoe that doesn t fall apart

I love the ethos of this company being vegetarian and have bought at least five pairs over the last few years However the inner soles always peel ride up and they always become very uncomfortable under foot after a few months of wear This is a manufacturing issue that they must address before I buy again

These had the potential to be the perfect boots but as others have reported they just don t last They were so comfy when first worn but within a few months of normal wear during summer months the sole split the inner sole disintegrated so it was as if I was walking on the lumpy plastic of the sole then the upper started coming away from the edges I went to see about getting them fixed but the guy at the shoe repair shop said there wasn t enough still intact to do the repairs I m really gutted because I thought I d found the perfect shoes The search goes on

I ve never had a shoe or boot from heavenly feet that hasn t ended up breaking after the most minimal amount of wear I m talking like maybe 72 hours all in It s always the foot bed which caves in for me near the toes I wear two insoles as well It s annoying because they are great for wide feet and are relatively comfortable when they aren t broke but it s just disappointing I have been sent countless replacements which is great but you d think they would investigate into this issue further to stop it from happening

The boots fitted well They arrived very quickly I was very disappointed by the fabric of the upper Maybe I should have been wiser by the description of them as colour crush but I expected them to be more vegan I know suede but they are rather cheap looking velour type of fabric reminded me of cheap furnishing fabric I couldn t imagine they would wear well especially if they got wet either Not for me

The shoes look fantastic but gave me terrible blisters after less than five minutes of wearing them In those few minutes they created and burst big blisters on my heels I m hoping they get more comfortable over time but I m going to have to be very careful wearing them considering how much pain they caused

When the boots arrived they looked cheap and the colour was not as described Although they felt quite comfy and light they looked too rubbery I returned them over a week ago and have not had any refund or confirmation of a refund to be paid soon even though I tracked the parcel and it has been delivered back to heavenly feet I am not a happy customer

First ordered size 6 but too big returned and ordered size 5 a little snug but otherwise comfortable I bought these boots last Christmas 2023 wore regularly through the winter until early spring so maybe three months wear Not worn every day Pulled them out again for this winter thinking I d at least get a full winter out of them but after wearing them for less than two weeks I have noticed a spilt on the soles and both boots are letting in water Disappointed not to get a full winter out of them as they are lovely boots and very comfortable
