Absolute worst experience with an insurance I ever had After my car broke down during my holidays they brought me back to my city but didn t bring my car for a full month it was a 3 hours drive The car seemed lost noone knew where it was because there were problems during delivery which they didn t communicate to me even though called and asked every day I still don t know what went wrong and I only got my car back because I had to do all the research myself with zero help from the insurance I was on countless calls and literally for hours to find out where it is all of that would have been their job Worst customer service every day I called and they told me my car is on the way which was impossible when I complained they just hang up Also I was in line always for 15 mins to speak to someone in Spanish and then the double time for reaching someone in English There is no direct contact person responsible for you after an incident even in an incident where your car seems lost And they still didn t talk to me about the incident it seems like they just don t care or maybe don t even know because the customer service is not forwarding anything to someone in a higher position The price for that kind of 24h road assistance is absolutely not fair and way too expensive My holiday was not only ruined but I was also left without car for 1 month before I could find out what is the damage and start the whole repair process Do yourself a favor and stay away if you consider this nightmare of insurance
