Very easy to book and find a cleaner

First time using the app I found it a little tricky to use however someone was always on hand immediately on WhatsApp to help and they were brilliant The cleaner I hired was exceptional Brilliant at her job and such a warm and polite person too Prob the best experience of this sort that I have had regarding hiring a cleaner from an online service Whole process felt very human And I will defo use Helpling and hopefully the same cleaner again

My husband and I were in the process of moving so he contacted them two days before the move to ask if they could help They were not only on time but they additionally found a team to arrive the morning of our move-out date They were thorough communicative and simplified the entire process We were so pleased with their service that we hired them to do maintenance cleaning at our new home They are an exceptional team that provides the best customer service in the market

Great service they matched me up with a cleaner quickly and the messaging worked fine The cleaner who came round was spot on did a good job and very friendly I had to go for a one off which is more expensive but it worked out fine and looks like you can get discounts if you do a long term commitment
