Please beware giving your money to this

Please beware giving your money to this company They take your money and then REFUSE to answer emails or messages related to the order They also like to try and hide comments on their socials that are trying to tell people to be hesitant in buying from them It seems really scummy and I will NEVER buy from them again as well as telling everyone I know to avoid this company There are waaay better online shops like this that will actually take are of their customers concerns

Horrible Customer Service and Missing Items

Placed order and shipments started coming in from their third party suppliers One of their suppliers has sent partial order but states they sent everything I have sent multiple emails and messaged in their help chat window on their website I get automated messages they will respond usually in a few minutes but nothing Also get automated emails but no real responses from a real person Buyers Beware You are taking a gamble on getting what you ordered and bigger gamble on getting any one at Hemper to help you I will have to call my credit card company now to start a charge back Ridiculous

never sent my order asked for a review I emailed them saying that it was hard to review something sitting in their warehouse They offered me a 5 credit on my 400 order because two-week inventory sent me a link to their back end tracking which I don t have the credentials for because it is for company employees Then they had the gall to ask for a rating on the help I received Awful company

Customer Service will not respond

I was charged for a subscription box with no way to manage my account and cancel I reached out to customer service and received a canned response that left me with no resolution My response was prompt and here I wait 12 days later without reply since I was billed Stumbling around the site I figured out how to solve my issue and stop future charges but my initial problem is still unresolved Hemper discourages any additional contact and to only use a single resolution channel

Let people know

Let people know when the company shuts down for inventory Telling me that it s out of your control I understand that but something should be said on the site I definitely wouldn t have ordered and because of all this I m also canceling my subscription to Hemper the boxes have been very repetitive anyway I ve been getting the same items

After a week with no response

After a week with no response they offer me 20 in store credit for 29 in items they never shipped to me because I didn t not purchase the additional 10 in shipping insurance To be clear my package was not lost or damaged in shipping the wrong items were put into the box I point this out They offer to email me a return shipping label for the incorrect items and as soon as they receive those items they will send out my stuff Hopefully my return package makes it there This is not a good way to run a business especially when the issue was clearly on their end

Pipe Battery Broken Still No Support

I received a survey to review my recent customer support with hemper I didn t receive any support sadly I informed hemper multiple times that my brand new pipe battery s atomizer fell off within 2 days of use I received no reply and now I m being asked to review service that I haven t been given I was really excited for the email so my issue could be resolved but now I m just upset

As of this moment I m beyond pissed off and unhappy with this crappy make believe company Either hiring more f employees or f shut down limited your damn orders figure it out Sell the crap that obviously you think it because you dont protect it when shipping it out Also Route is a piece of crap also They don t communicate with each other or it s just Hemper You might as well send all your customers 2 of everything they order since its gonna break and you re supposedly gonna replace it

very scammy emails I started getting emails from them on dec 1 despite having never visitied the site or opting into any email campaigns seems to be using dodgy marketing practices and illegal email lists
