Jamine was on top of her game I did have to send a video of the vape battery not working and I am really video shy so that really bothered me but I understand I would have rather sent it back to you so you could figure out why it wasn t heating up You should put a video out there using the Hemper vape battery I have another one on the way and Jazmine was able to get the purple marble one sent yay I would like to know why the one I got isn t working

Couldn t have gone better

I had trouble applying a discount code I received in an email but it was fixed ASAP for me I specifically wanted to use this discount because I am from the UK and it s expensive but I had wanted the UFO box for a while now I managed to save some money and purchase it Anyway the discount code did not work and my first port of call was to email them to ask if there was anything they could do to help me They replied within good time and let me know that they could refund the discount amount back to me Very very pleased with the service I have now told my mates who want to invest in proper bongs rigs about these guys The boxes are so convenient giving you a range of items to use and it gives you the opportunity to try new things Absolutely love these guys will be purchasing everything I need from here
