Bruh this place is amazing man I broke my bong and immediately they sent me a new replacement they are so kind and fast to reply definitely always buying from here for my smoke supplies

I m not sure what I was doing and ended up having 3 accounts open at the same time They weeded tthrough the mess and gfigured it out so I wasnt getting 3 of the same objects

Don t wanna go but must for a short time

I don t want to go but at this time I must I will be back enjoyed the fact that each box has been different and refreshing The young lady that helped me was very efficient and polite really enjoyed her service Thank you for all the joy each box gave me and I will be back Many best wishes S Davies

Customer service is literally amazing Gerald was patient but also very quick and efficient Solid 5 star service I ve never seen such amazing customer service and I am excited to be purchasing from hemper again

Great Company

As the title states Hemper co is a solid company all the way around I ve ordered from these guys multiple times now have only had one mishap in the time span of a year I placed two orders on 1 23 22 one after another received the first order within a few days the second one was the mishap I m not sure on who s end it was but the items I ordered happened to be out of stock but still went through After 4-5 days of nothing in the mail no tracking updates I contacted them via email to resolve this I was informed on what happened exactly Hemper then proceeded to ask if i would like a replacement or refund I stated that replacements were totally fine I know have what I wanted and some on the way for free Like the title states they re great the people are awesome fast responses No complaints here

The tracking system was a but haywire because it was the holidays but Gabriella solved everything and was so kind and thorough Also the product was beautiful
