I order something from this website thinking cool I will get this stuff in a week maybe two Wrong it took over a month to get my order Because they were moving the distribution warehouse from New York to Las Vegas It took them three weeks for them to tell me this If they would have right away told me that I would have understood but no they waited for three weeks I messaged almost everyday for three weeks before I got an answer

I still haven t received one of my packages it s been way over 2 weeks

I was not contacted when my address was flagged and not shipped when I reached out I was asked to confirm my address my response confirming my address and questioning why my room number was written twice was not responded to instead I was asked to fill out this form -I will not buy from hemper again nor recommend

I got my box which I even paid the insurance on it the first bong was defective it had a hole they sent me a new one and that one was broken I emailed them and I didn t get a response I even emailed them a 2nd time and didn t get back to me

I was happy with my first purchase of a 510 battery but my second order not I was told I would get a email when it was shipped and a week later I had to ask and was told it was a not available

All your bongs are very cheaply made The last one I got sent to my house it wasn t even made correctly Then I got an attitude about wanting a new one for free It was nothing wrong with the shipping but the actually glass manufacturer The bong has a hole in the stem that causes the bong to leak and not hit correctly as smoke travels outside of the bong This is my 5th bong from you and I m always dissatisfied I got the jelly bong OG which was a regular sized bong for y all but when it broke and I ordered a new one I was sent a completed differently made bong Which was tiny and didn t work as well This was because the big one had issues with shipment Which you should all work on as well You can t wrap a glass piece in a little piece of foam and expect nothing to break bubble wrap should be the BARE minimum for your company Everything in your boxes move around that would help vastly and prolly help with your overall outcome of shipping I love the idea of your company but the bong keep increasing in price drastically And the bongs keep getting smaller and smaller and more cheaply made You should at least check your products before sending them out and giving the buyer a hassle for it

I don t know why this company don t give me my order Everything else was Was good Everything else was good But I didn t get my lead and they don t seem to care A I paid for it I should be able to get my weed

Received my first box and it was disappointing Good quality glass but the rest of the box was just filler crap Definitely will not order from them again

I remember now why I stopped using hemper Let me say first- I gave 2 stars because the product is great but the time it takes for them to even send the box is rediculous this time I purchased an extra banger as well as the box But for some reason we are coming to the end of September they haven t even shipped the box or my banger By time I m supposed to be ordering Octobers box I still won t have my September box I thought if I waited a whole year to get hemper again things would be better but this is not looking good sad part is they have good product Just horrible service

I tried to cancel right after it ordered in the middle of the night witch it said I could cus I did it in the right amount of time and they waited to tell me I couldn t cancel when it shipped
