This is a fraudulent brand who does not fulfill paid orders meanwhile continuing an aggressive and very active marketing presence Customers should turn away FAST I know the glass is cute but your package will never arrive Hemper co is a scam I am pretty shocked they re in business despite harming so many customers

I paid for expedited shipping for the December box as a Christmas gift to my fianc I received the package three days after Christmas Day when I paid for this in November It s highly disappointing with shipping

It s October 11th an still haven t received my September box I cancelled my subscription with this company to many other companies that can do the same thing an get ur box to you when it s spose to be there Sorry this is an ongoing thing that seems to get later each time box by box so I m moving on what kills me is you can be way late an it s ok but u wouldn t send me a box if I was late with payment On top of it you don t even try to make it right with extras u act like the customer is lucky u sent it SAD

NEVER GOT ORDER DONT TRUST ROUTE THEY DONT WORK IVE BEEN TRYING ALMOST A MONTH NOW TO RESHIP OR REFUND AN ORDER THAT WAS DELIVERED TO THE APTS NEXT DOOR INSTEAD OF THE PROPER ADDRESS WHICH IS MINE AND CORRECT ITS NOT MY FAULT IF THE MAILMAN CANT READ HIS NUMBERS CORRECTLY BUT NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK OR PRODUCTS SUCKS SUPER HARD HEMPER is still contacting me to see if I m satisfied and with no product and no money I m very angry and upset

Tried to contact support about an issue All I received was a generic response and none of my issues were acknowledged or taken care of Products I ordered were of poor quality wrong items sent I will not recommend this company to anyone after my experience They refuse to do anything to resolve my issue

I placed an order 2 November and still have not received it s 2 December today I have reached out to this company twice and have gotten no help and no information on when my order will be shipped Apparently they don t ship all of their products themselves and rely on other shipping companies to do that but they don t tell you that when you purchase and also have done nothing to find out why my item hasn t been shipped to me yet It s been 30 days since placing my order and no delivery Terrible customer service

Ordered Dec 5 wrong item sent I wanted to return or replace I m still waiting 30 days later with zero resolution it should not take 30 day Horrible customer service any call I made was hung up on with promises of a call back never happened I WAS a regular customer of Hemper not anymore if this is how its handled I m disgusted Save your time and money go elsewhere

Horrible has been over a week since I ordered my item messaged them 3 days ago asking for an update and they tell me they don t have any control over it since it s from a different warehouse and now I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for them to ship it Absolutely ridiculous and the fact I sat in a queue to talk to someone and never got a response to then get asked to fill out a survey on my order when they never responded to my email phone call or live chat I sat in the live chat for 8 hours with nobody answering me or joining the chat

Unhelpful and passive aggressive at best When asked for help with a obvious refund was unable to support my request in any way and was generally about as frustrating as talking to a wall

Ordered the XL Gummy Bear subscription box in February I love gummy bears so I had to have it When i got it it was broken I had the package protection so I submitted a claim I was told i had to wait 15 days which I did At which point they returned me to hemper as it was a merchant issue Once back to hemper i was told that the bong was now out of stock and that they were waiting on more I could wait get in store credit for the cost of the piece or choose an XL bong 150-200 prices from their site I wanted my bear so i waited I was charged for a second box due to my own mistake and that glass arived unbroken several pieces in the same box no issues So I got a notice that my replacement bear was on the way I was excited but leary Wouldn t you know the second bong is more broken than the first The first one was possibly salvageable but not likely due to broken glass near the mouthpiece This one was totally unusable I emailed them and was offered 49 in store credit For a bong they sell for 200 They are blaming me for their cheap hitty Chinese glass and poor packaging Stay as far away from this website as you can Absolute dog hit company They used to be good not sure what happened but its a shame FU Hemper
