I ve waited over a month for my box while others have received their October box Not only that but I won t get any reinvestment for the wait either

A bong I ordered came defective

A bong I ordered came defective and I blatantly stated that in my email with customer service Their response was Oh looks like it was damaged in shipping They had me fill out a claim with Route who don t have a functioning email posted on their claim system and never sent me a confirmation email With no word from them and no confirmation I reached back out to customer service Now by this time the bong is out of stock again which I had been waiting for it to come in to stock Your reminder emails never made it to me I ended up checking the site randomly and saw it in stock So while customer service had me running in circles the bong is out of stock again This is just horrible handling of this situation I honestly never want to order anything with you again after this

I ve been waiting on an order I placed over a month ago My delivery was just shipped yesterday but not even all items have been shipped I wanted to support but now I m anxious and a tad angry I will say Sienna was very kind in letting me know what was going on and their sense of urgency in getting these items to me It s just an unfortunate situation so far

Edit- today January 22nd I recieved update that they are having delays due to covid altercations I am waiting on a response now for a new eta Original Really excited about products and would be happy to change my review if I could get a response through email Was told I d get an updated tracking and haven t I have reached out on multiple platforms and no one from the company has reached back out Frustrating since I ve been wanting to try there products and finally pulled trigger and now can t get in contact with anyone

I don t have the items I have purchased and your refund policy has not been in place it says if your purchase has the wrong address it will be return to shipper and you will be given in store credit my item has been returned I haven t received no credit or compensation I have not received the bong I purchased either

Don t know yet But Renisha sounded very sweet and reassuring in the email Placed a big order and never received any tracking info The Oder was placed about two weeks ago and decided to reach out since as mention on the website max of 5 business day in order to receive tracking info My sister gifted me one of the Hemper spaceship bong and I know the products are so beautiful just hope I wasn t forgotten Edit- I just read people s review and I m starting to get really worried my 200 dollar order will no be fulfilled I HOPE I m wrong

I ve had issues with this company

I ve had issues with this company before where I bought something that didn t work immediately I put that aside bc I loved the pipe style vape battery so much It lasts longer than any vape battery so I ordered two more Received a tampered package not hempers fault but it took them over a month to finally send me a replacement When I got the replacements they weren t the style I recall ordering and also the battery doesn t work with most of the cartridges I try Not spending any more money here Go elsewhere
