I didn t like the fact that I ordered

I didn t like the fact that I ordered one item and a totally different item was sent And this isn t the first time it has happened I ordered the same item the previous month Jun 2023 and I was told it wasn t what I ordered I m considering not to order from Hemper again because nothing could be done no discount

Two Defective Items in One Box w No Remedy

I received two boxes from their subscription service The first box was great--no complaints The second box had a defective bong and vape pen Customer service ran me around asking me to make videos only to tell me if they re any kind of functional they won t do anything about the defective items So now I have a bong with a bowl that doesn t hold in place while being used and a vape pen that everyone can hear me using It also took about a month and more than one emailed request for their customer service to respond I ve paused my subscription for now as I don t want to be disappointed by more defective merchandise

Decent CS Shipping wait is crazy

Honestly ive had packages be sent to the wrong location but this is a whole other level It has been 1 whole week since ive ordered and my package has yet to ship The glycerin pipe i ordered was a good deal but had i known id be waiting 2 weeks for shipping id have probably gone to another site I ve used previously This is the longest I ve waited for UPS to RECIEVE my package I understand they are swamped with Bogo special box orders atm but the wait is pretty ridiculous especially considering i paid for the shipping Im sure the guys at Hemper are better than this and I d love to be proven such I have yet to receive my pipe I reviewed this because they sent me an email asking me to

I never got an emailed response

This happened well over a month ago and I m still getting emails for it My initial contact was when I first received the august box and I noticed that it was the space jams bong from July s box of the month When I sent my email I gave all the information and waited a week to a week and a half for a response When I never got one my boyfriend reached out to the hemper Instagram page and got a response immediately

I like their products but not their customer service

I like their products but not the anxiety of waiting for all of the various issues with my orders to be fixed You can t directly contact hemper all you get is a default cookie cutter email until they decide to respond The first time it took 3 weeks to recieve my order now this time my glass came broken and am trying to get it replaced Which is an uncertain process a lot of hoping that they get back to you

Love hemper products BUT not their customer service

I absolutely love hemper products What I don t like is that customer service doesn t get back to me in a timely manner or not at all I somehow put white down for a vase bong and wanted pink This was something that needed attention right away otherwise I would have gotten the wrong item I reached out to your instagram person for this because if I didn t I would have been sent something I didn t want Yes not everything is urgent but this was

I ve bought numerous items from hemper and have loved them all I have referred so many people to this site who have also made purchases again very pleased with everything So I m a little disappointed in the fact that the one time I have a product issue after purchasing the item little more than a month ago like days and I m told sorry it s no longer covered but here s 10 off Companies that stand behind their products make loyal customers

I am a medical marijuana card holder

I am a medical marijuana card holder since 2010 I m in a drug and alcohol program due to CPS and cannot use THC for my medical condition I did a ton of research for CBD products without THC and found this website I ordered a CBD cartI will keep you updated on wether there is or isn t THC in this product with the random drug testing I do weekly I will be open and honest with the results from the testing and my personal experience with the product

after trying to buy products off the online store and being rejected because of my phone number customer service responded took a few days with alot of frustration and after much back and forth i am still NOT satisfied

I originally ordered the wooden design

I originally ordered the wooden design for the pipe battery but had to reach out to the company after not hearing anything for 2 weeks When I reached out they informed me that the design I wanted was out of stock and to choose a different style I responded to the email immediately and didn t hear anything for 2 days Luckily they got my problem resolved and the pipe battery is in its way after ordering it November 18th and it s now December 6th Not the best experience but they were kind enough to waive the fee for my troubles We ll see how well the battery works and see if I shop at this company again
