had a product that was damaged in delivery got in touch with customer service team after a short time got the response that was unexpected my door bell rang it was usps with a duplicate box i was floored i expected customer service but not at that level thank you hemper for living up to your reputation for product and now customer service oh thanks jesse

My experience with Hemper was awesome It did take a while to get to me it arrived without incident Everything I ordered was there and it was packed so that nothing was damaged during shipping I can honestly say packaging is everything when it s traveling a long way So I d like to say Thank You to the team at Hemper for making my buying experience a pleasant one I will absolutely recommend you to anyone of my friends 5 star Service

Gabriella provided excellent customer service I was missing the glass bowl that was meant to come with my order they went ahead and got another one set up for me and it s in the process of shipping right now I had everything else I was meant to in my order The response was fairly quick and professional I definitely plan to order again in the future

I recently purchased 2 different cartridges that were new to me One of them was proned to crystallization which I had never seen before After inquiring about a possible defect Toka was able to contact the right people and get the right information for me We found out what the actual issue was and that it was an easy fix Product was totally fine and ready to go Thank you again

I placed a pretty sizable order through hemper during Black Friday while they had a promotional sale going on and they exceeded my expectations above and beyond No other online site has the attention and care for their customers that hemper does I had a question regarding my order and I sent an email to their support team within the hour Sienna replied and cleared up all of the confusion I had Hemper now is runnin a 4-20 promotional deal so I placed another order and yet again they have just set the bar so high all of my orders have come in fast and no mistakes I have nothing but good things to say about Sienna and the hemper team Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work
