High everyone Wanted to let you know the customer service rep I spoke with was knowledgeable about my order the process of discovering what went wrong and how to fix it I was impressed with the lack of resistance I thought I d have to argue about the issue It was refreshing to have a rep believe what I was saying Thank you for resolving my problem Hemper I am a return customer for sure

I m not sure why Hemper is getting low stars and bad reviews because their customer service is great I ve purchased from Hemper before and never had a problem Ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it arrived broken due to Courier Service I emailed Hemper support and was responded to Within 16 hours No problems at all they had me send it back and a new one has been sent That s literally the definition of great customer service

Hemper is spectacular

I love this subscription service Every box is reusable itself and comes with so many uniquely made goodies Excellently themed pieces for every month High quality glass with cute bowls I m always pleasantly surprised when I open my box and there are products I ve never used before alcohol filled cotton swabs glass filter for rolling up aDABter etc The customer service is always great and friendly I wouldn t invest in any other 4 20 friendly subscription service

This has been one of my favorite websites to shop at sometimes online shopping isn t always a great experience but Hemper has not let me down I ve been shopping since 2019 and I have tried other places but nothing compares to the experience and the customer service you get with them My favorite thing about Hemper is the customer service They have such an amazing team that clearly cares and makes an effort to help I highly recommend trying them out
