Great customer service

I purchased my Heybike Cityrun in April and love it so far I had a few issues with my pas and throttle not always working correctly but customer service has been very responsive and helped me work through the issues They sent me a new display that has seemed to solve all of my problems I can t say enough about how helpful Emily has been through the whole process I would definitely recommend Heybike

HEYBIKE Cityrun bikes WOW so much fun

WOW So much fun We bought two Cityrun bikes I already have over 60 miles on mine without a recharge We love the large rear baskets we got free with our purchase Customer service is fantastic too I had a small problem with my console timing out too soon Emailed customer service and to my surprise I was contacted within an hour It ends up that I had an app setting overriding the bike setting It is so nice to have real people respond when needed Thank you HEYBIKE for an excellent product and a fantastic experience

I purchased two Heybike Brawn ebikes

I purchased two Heybike Brawn ebikes They both came in less than a week One of the units had an issue with not displaying the mph properly I emailed support and they were always prompt to answer back the following day They sent me a new motor which fixed the issue I also purchased a new throttle unit since my wife took a spill I mistakenly purchased the wrong assembly so I had to email support again about returning the unit so I could order the correct unit Instead they sent me out the correct unit the very next day I would have no problem recommending them to my friends especially how their support has treated me

HeyBike fan

I would highly recommend getting the Cityscape e-bike It has so many high quality features at such a great price I am a research librarian so I definitely did my research before purchasing this bike Also I cannot say enough of the wonderful customer service I received from Emily at HeyBike She went over and beyond to help me with a minor issue I had with the brake rubbing against the rotor HeyBike is truly an outstanding company with outstanding products

FedEx fumbled the shipment of my extra battery from HeyBike I called Emily with HeyBike support and she helped me walk through the whole FedEx mess and got my battery shipped to me correctly She was prompt with response and tracked down all the details to make sure it was properly delivered Big shout out to Emily

My experience with customer service

I ve had a Heybike Ranger for a little over a year In warm weather I ride it several times a week between 6-15 miles Recently I dropped my power supply and it stopped functioning On the Heybike website they were out of stock What good is an electric bike without a power supply So I emailed support A customer reperesentative named Nichole emailed me back the same day After I provided some basic information she ordered me another power supply Each time I emailed her she responded the same day This week I recieved the new Power Suppy Heybike paid the shipping and the cost of the power supply great service Thank you Nichole

A senior bicycling up hills again

I m a 68 year old woman who hadn t ridden a bike in years until I got my Heybike Cityscape My 70-year-old fiance had it together in no time He was able to adjust the bike for me 5 2 person with a different seat post from Heybike and by flipping the handlebar stem so it was easier for me to reach the handlebars The bike is a quality product perfect for bicycling the many hills of Southern Indiana The staff at Heybike are wonderful

Great Bike

I purchased Heybike Mars which is their folding version and I can t say enough about how good it is I like the mobility factor as I am able to fold it and put in my car trunk and drive away to a completely different location and out of state I have been riding it on a flat surface semi rough to rough and it s been performing very well I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a good reliable and versatile e-bike
