Prompt and Helpful

hfe were able to provide exactly what I requested They were prompt and helpful However I found the written instructions about attaching lettering to a banner very unclear I had to ring hfe and ask Rachel to explain what I had to do The enclosed instructions should be simplified Perhaps a diagram

Good quality and value but comms need sorting

Pros - product excellent good value for money Cons - we ordered during lockdown so this may not be typical The signs were covered in plastic swarf which needed cleaning off before putting outside No despatch notifications but the invitation and reminder to review arrived three days before the goods Multiple emails still coming after orders placed reminding me to follow up on items left in basket but when clicked through they weren t there Update thanks for the prompt and responsive reply - we will definitely use HFE again when signs needed

pleased the banner but next day delivery a joke

The staff dealing with the order were great as was the quality of the banner Ordered on the Tuesday only arrived Friday afternoon Got it ordered to my work as I wouldnt be at home Finished work for Xmas banner still not delivered had a drive 50 mile round trip to get the banner Explained all this when I placed my order Banner great over promised and under delivered with the courier system

We ordered a chalkboard sign

We ordered a chalkboard sign The delivery was on schedule and in good condition The quality of the frame is good However the quality of the chalkboard panels is very poor We used an ordinary chalk to write on them but it left prominent scratch marks They just don t seem to go away and reflects poorly on our brand We have now bought chalk paint to give it a coat and see if it improves

I have used this company many times for

I have used this company many times for banners and various signage and they have always produced good value items to a high standard However on this occasion I ordered flags and the wrong poles and bases were dispatched I was asked to repackage and return them which was very inconvenient at the time

The banner ordering process was great

The banner ordering process was great and particularly the ability to order specific and unusual dimensions The banners that came were very good I scored a three because the delivery was very poor Wrong address on the items so went to a neighbour 10 doors away who then understandably phoned DX and had the parcel collected 2 days later after calls and emails I got them The team at HFE were helpful - but - I missed a deadline and banners were 2 days later than planned

Very late delivery but good after service

The Banners turned up today whilst they are good banners they are a little late a week late not really the express delivery we were expecting however Karl Hunter was apologetic on behalf of the courier company and offered compensation My complaint was dealt with swiftly and effectively
