Comms are great speedy reply by Chris but reply u get back with ref errors on banner are not as u expect and the banners look fantastic that they design for you and when put to board to make they are great but I had 3 in which 2 was spot on no faults but 1 with faults which all they would do is say they give discount on next purchase it would been nice for a replacement sent out but apart from that the company I give 10 10 I recommend and will be looking to get 2 flags next I got response after replying to email received stating they think it passed there satisfactory test yet it s us consumer should make the judgment of if it upto standards which in my case 2 was and 1 wasn t which pictures were sent but they just refuse to accept I d rather a replacement as I won t use again if they don t sort issue out that s reason for lower star rating was 4 now 2 so people pls think before buying ty just an update now dated 11 12 21 nowhere did I mention about a free one I wish is 136 for 3 not really free as I had to pay 8 per banner to have what u call Extra strength edges n corners n eyes but seems standard finish but I am complaining about 1 banner that s faulty and failed customer satisfaction and other 2 are spot on and u refuse to replace and only offer discount of upto 10 off next or in my case should be 50 -60 Off ty

I bought a swing sign from HFE believing in the claims that the sign would stand up to all weathers especially the wind The people at the end of the phone e-mail are extemely helpful and knowledgable so no problems there I can only thank them for their help However one night of breezes gusts of a mere 35mph according to my weather station and the sign managed to detatch itself from the stand and blow off into the road Thank goodness it was the middle of the night with no traffic It would seem that the clips attaching the sign to the stand snapped under minor pressure Cheap plastic obviously Everyone in southern England has experienced Storm Katie today but this is the norm up here usually but not recently So much for advertising my new business My sign is now held together with a chain link of plastic ties Looks really professional - not

the sales guy was great and price very competitive delivery was in time but the print on the banner was totally wrong They never checked the color The banner was meant to come out red which very clear in the artwork but was delivered as a near pink banner Really unhappy with the product and messed up a once in a year weekend

We ordered a xmas opening hours banner for our store and were sent a proof copy for us to agree When the banners arrived they were a totally different shade of red than on the proof In fact a rusty brown colour not red at all We complained and to our satisfaction it was agreed that two replacements were to be sent Unfortunately the replacements were not too dissimilar from the two originals Can t quite understand how something so basic went wrong

Disappointed too small for what it expected
