The Items were delivered at the wrong location but this was corrected

There was a mistake with the original delivery but with the help of the sales people the error was corrected and the ordered item was delivered on time for the event

Brilliant

Brilliant speedy service Good quality finish I regularly use this company and would normally give 5 stars This time the colours were darker than expected but it did not detract from the design

The quality of the product is

The quality of the product is excellent the price very competitive and the service communication well above average so all good on that front The delivery was very problematic the chosen couriers DX were completely hopeless uncontactable other that a next to useless Bott messaging system their poor service led to days and days of delays Extremely frustrating and stressful I would suggest DX should be changed and If you are ordering from HFE in order to take advantage of their good products and pricing then build in a few extra days as the next day courier is not up to the task

The products are good but a little gripe

The products are always fine and I have used your services for two events over a good number of years However I am a little disappointed that a minimum spend has been brought in over the last couple of years I look after the banners I have purchased and merely need to replace dates and sometimes months but this spend doesn t meet your minimum Do you think this is a good way to keep your loyal customers Yours Malcolm Ashby

Very happy with HFE Banners

Very happy with HFE Banners Amazingly quick delivery ordered at the deadline on Friday and arrived at 10 00 the next working day Slight issue the banner with pockets for poles also had eyelets in this case set quite deeply into the banner Unfortunately these are quite visible and obtrusive Spoke to HFE explained that these detract from the appearance of the banner Lady on phone listened explained why they were used and agreed that it s not ideal Otherwise banners are brilliant Thank you

I have purchased quite a few banners

I have purchased quite a few banners from HFE over the last few months and every one of them has been awesome I don t worry about getting a proof any more I know that what they produce will look exactly like my design Colours are nice and vibrant material is good quality eyelets and hems are included as standard and they ve never missed a delivery date

Chris Eccles Beth Smith and the team were excellent - fast efficient and courteous The banner is exactly what we wanted and more - design perfect seems to be good quality and well constructed at a good price I have one caveat though we have used it yet so that s why I have given 4 stars instead of 5 but I m not envisaging any issues but if there are I m fairly sure it will be remedied fairly quickly

Helpful and speedy

Very helpful staff who were easily contactable I had trouble attaching the artwork to the online order form which I personally didn t find very straight forward Once the order was submitted I received a very quick response to sorting out our layout Make sure you ask for a print preview to ensure everything is okay The quality seems very good our club is happy with our banner

Very quick turnaround and good quality

Very quick turnaround and good quality printing Prices are v v good The only disappointment is the courier you use in DX Express I have had the last 2 orders within a week of each other not arriving on time due to the courier not HFE I had to ring several times and ended having to fetch my banner from the courier depot PLEASE CHANGE COURIER TO A RELIABLE COMPANY AND NOT THIS SHOWER OF MUPPETS But thank you HFE for a great service from yourselves

HFE signs were very helpful and prompt

HFE signs were very helpful and prompt in sending the school banner out to us We are extremely pleased with the finished result The only negative was that we ordered and paid for 2 rope reels but never received them with our delivery
