The Items were delivered at the wrong location but this was corrected

There was a mistake with the original delivery but with the help of the sales people the error was corrected and the ordered item was delivered on time for the event

Brilliant

Brilliant speedy service Good quality finish I regularly use this company and would normally give 5 stars This time the colours were darker than expected but it did not detract from the design

The quality of the product is excellent the price very competitive and the service communication well above average so all good on that front The delivery was very problematic the chosen couriers DX were completely hopeless uncontactable other that a next to useless Bott messaging system their poor service led to days and days of delays Extremely frustrating and stressful I would suggest DX should be changed and If you are ordering from HFE in order to take advantage of their good products and pricing then build in a few extra days as the next day courier is not up to the task
