HGV Training Centre was very helpful in getting me trained up and passing my tests Whenever I had any issues or questions they responded very quickly and sorted me out However I cannot give them 5 stars as there were some delays in the booking process

Communication is great

Communication is great All bookings are made as promised Downside the anticipation that the course is fast track and will be done in 7 days yet it s not the case as many other things are involved before being able to start driving HGV is disheartening Guess proper time lines are required helps with customers expectations

No1s in waiting

The training given was good though I had a few issues that were later rectified after a repeated fight The literature provided is excellent and the training itself Your fishermen need to make adjustments they re not very nice They ll whip their would-be clients into their net especially if you happened to have paid a deposit The fact that you re not allowed to withdraw eg after i had paid about 2000 I was told if I withdrew l would only get 283 back This is nusty The other is the expiration of 1 year mean the expiry of client s money which has been in your account for a year earning you interest Only if you remedy these you are number one

Cat C and C E training

All the staff at HGVtraingcentre have been great They are polite courteous and do all they can to help Delays were experienced in securing cat C E dates however this isn t helped by the backlog with DVSA test centres and it would have been sooner if I hadn t had pre planned holidays booked I have now completed my CPC cat C training including the 3A off road exercises along with the cat C E training 3A and practical test all through HGVtraingcentre Thank you

I just started and payed for the

I just started and payed for the training around Christmas time and been practicing the theory and getting ready for the test So far the company has been great with communication and support can t really say anything negative My theory is booked in feb and soon after that I will be starting my practical training Everything is going according to plan Thanks James Really appreciate your prompt response and support

Quite a good experience

the whole experience has been quite good however too many operators getting involved with replies on emails delegation is not always the best service found myself booked on a courses i had already done and hadn t ask to be booked on luckily i had an email trail so didn t get charged but overall quite good thank you guys -

HGV Driver Training Cerntre

The staff were very helpful and supportive the information given enabled me to make informed choices such as pass protection and feel positive I had chosen the right training provider for me I did find the cost a bit on the high side however there are additional services such as CV and cover letter advice and links to job agencies for this cost A great experience overall Many thanks to HGV Driver Training Centre for getting me starting on my new career journey

Peter Brown on Saturday was excellent

Peter Brown on Saturday was excellent he was engaging and knowledgeable and fun the time flew by Craig on Sunday less so but very informative clearly knew his industry inside out but wasn t as engaging with us and the time dragged

Great way to get your cpc

Good way to get your cpc very easy and quick service you can set dates to suit yourself plus no classroom just sit in your own house you can use your phone or a laptop to take the course

Everything step was made easy I was able to do it at my own pace The staff were very helpful and the training materials were easy to follow On a negative I felt very awkward in pressure selling of the pass protection
