Extremely bad experience with HGV training CTR Who misused my 3500 given and for extremely bad customer service and support alongside wrongly given information They hardly ever answer the phone and do not help or have any information for guidance HGV training CTR booked a 3b test without the results of a previous test 3a being passed and now forced into paying a further 749 on top Also bare in mind you will not get 8 days learning 7th and 8th day are test days so you ain t training DVSA ONLY PERMIT ONE TEST BE BOOKED AT A TIME INCASE A FAIL OCCURS I AM NOW OUT OF POCKET LEFT WITH NOTHING AND 8 DAYS PAY MISSED AT WORK I rebooked with road train for over 100 cheaper and passed HGV training CTR still refused to reimburse my position for the on road test ripped off so warning to all DO NOT DEAL WITH HGV DRIVER TRAINING CTRDo not book with these at all they will book ahead of your results and if you fail one future tests will be forfeited and you have to drop out or pay again DISGUSTING Their fast track service will only go in there favour DO NOT USE A filthy greedy company

AVOID AVOID AVOID These are just Brokers they don t own any vehicles When enquiring about the course they are all over you in terms of emails and calls Once you ve paid forget any meaningful support I had several issues that I ended up sorting myself I paid for an 8 day course condensed into 5 days I got 1 day in the C E then had to be tested They claim to rewrite your C V to help I had to rewrite it again when they returned it as it was terrible they then say the help you find your new career in HGV Driving they don t they pass you onto an agency who couldn t be less interested in finding you work Go directly through a proper training school and not these They are literally cowboys Mis-sold and I m taking legal action against them

The Company was a total joke I never had any help from them when due to the examiner being over a 1 hour late for my test I failed and they told me that it was not possible to book a re test before my driving test which I found out later was a lie And then even after speaking to them and getting a email confirmation that even if I passed with a different company I could still ise them to help find work through there agencies that I paid for never had any help at all and never even had any contact from them or there agencies Would not recommend this school to anyone as there are not a school just a broker that is only interested in your money nothing else

Incase you don t know this company are a broker which means they are the middle man they don t give you the training they just take your money and send you to any old training company I booked through them and it was a big mistake Fair play to them I got my class 2 training I did fail but they are a absolute nightmare to get hold of to re book So I gave up and went with a better training company who absolutely despise brokers I tried to get a refund for my class 1 which I never got and they would NOT refund me PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND BOOK WITH AN ACTUAL TRAINING COMPANY

To cut a long story short I was messed around and their customer service said were unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes or do anything about it Once they have your money they re not interested

Absolutely horrible company to deal with 2500 for a cat c nearly 1000 more than going through a driving center I paid the extra hoping to get support and help through every step as I work full time and have a small family to look after on the evenings this company did absolutely nothing to help all they do is get you on a 8 99 app and book your theory tests which is easy enough to do yourself the salesman promised me the world the company left me disappointed No help with any of the paperwork they expect you to check everything a few days before my driving they decided to check my licence to then say it s wrong and I need to pay another 1500 they literally will do anything to get more money from people check the negative reviews before booking

Having explicitly requested a training package to enable me drive artics I was placed with a company that could only teach me in a draw bar trailer vehicle I understand that legally this is a class one licence however I have been left without the necessary skills to do my job I complained to customer services Who where less than helpful They just sent me a blurb from terms and conditions that say this is acceptable However my courses where miss sold to me Furthermore the company I was placed with for my practical training where less than professional in other ways I would be keen to discuss this further with someone who genuinely would like to improve the service you deliver The sad thing is my case would have made for a good testimonial for your company as I achieved my qualifications quickly but have been left feeling extremely let down and mistreated

My experience ended with staying with this company for more than a year and understanding some issues Only for them what matters is the money and when you pay the money there is no responsibility towards you So they charge you 1500 more so if you want to save your money and your time don t work with this company

Good contact easy to book yes but but I it easy to spend money nothing else very poor driving instructors they don t tell me what I do wrong and I fail the test due to a lot of small mistakes not being underlined during lessons Wasted a lot of money on hours and tests and not doing progress failing tests equals driving license is still not passed I have to give up this school and start in a new one Really regret spending 4k there

Never would I recommend this company to anyone They take your money which is thousands before even booking theory tests From start to finish I had to book my own theory s and practical tests The admin team never get back to you I was told practical tests where local and within months from start which was not the case I had to travel very far paying for hotels and at times the test centres were shut despite me turning up has planned All this was without communicating with myself I was robbed and complained many times and nothing was ever done I strongly advise anyone to book everything separately from medical at the start to practical as this will save you more than half without this Company
