HUpdate Problemad an update a few days ago then when

Had an update a few days ago then when i started up my computer it came up with an error had to instal Hide me aghain so far its working ok but i will keep an eye on it

Not bad

I find hide me VPN almost faultless whenever I have a question their support team can answer it the servers are never down hide me VPN isn t provide a bad service My only complaint with hide me VPN is the app I download from their website which is stuck in one spot on my screen when I start my PC I can move it but it s always in that same spot when I start my PC why I don t know It may be my PC as my drive was formatted by a local shop when I corrupted my drive that may be the issue I don t know

As of this writing

After a year and as of this writing I have two negative observations It takes longer to connect than before I don t know the cause or of any changes made Connecting once was less than 1 2 the current buffering time And sometimes not often I cannot get a connection at all even after changing protocols or choosing different locations Tweaking settings just doesn t help So I contact support to let them know and wait 1-3 days for the matter to fix itself most times while I use a backup VPN during the occurrence rather than pointless troubleshooting contacted support about the matter Mar-Apr 2023 and Mar 2024 However overall it functions well most of the time and support is superb I ve tried several other VPNs free and paid versions and like this one the most I like this VPN so well that I subscribed for 27 months as of Apr 2023

I am a private user and have been using the Free version of Hide me for years and I must say that the Free version is also an outstanding VPN I thank Hide me because it allows private households who cannot spend money to be able to connect via VPN which other companies do not do or do to a limited extent Thanks Hide me

Highly recommended

I have had a great experience with hide me I used it for over a year and never had an issue I was able to work abroad and do so many things that I wouldn t if I hadn t had the subscription I no longer need VPN services and my account had a auto renewal but didn t waste any minute of my time when I requested the cancellation and refund It s such a pleasure to deal with great providers I will definitely subscribe to hide me when I need VPN services in the future Thank you Nathan Marc and Jean for the great interaction

Service At hide me

I subscribed to hide me to protect myself from hackers and after downloading the software my internet started to slowdown gets interrupted and my web browser changed language I submitted a service request explaining my issues The same day I received an email from Nathan with step-by-step solution and screenshot attached The problem was each time I turn on my internet the VPN was sendinge me to different countries where the language is local and my other virus protection was conflicting with the nwe software Nathan was great responding to my initial request and did a follow-up to make sure I was satisfied with the solution This is a good example of service I apriciate all the followup email from employees at hide me VPN

I really suggest using hide me In the previous days I really had serious problems connecting to VPNs Therefore I tried a bunch of VPNs and at last hide me seemed better than the others Besides It ensures long-time connection which is really good feature Thanks
