A good product with faultless service My only complaints about the product are the way the application sits randomly on the desktop and the WiFi icon The application never stays where it was last left I also dislike the way the icon for the WiFi changes randomly from connection to connection I contacted hide me about these two issues and they said they were normal The information from hide me put my mind at rest and provides me with a little product knowlegde which was otherwise lost
