Item was in stock and better price than another shop

Item was in stock Paid for next day delivery but didn t arrive next day I emailed Parcelforce about the delivery and no explanation as to why it was delayed Contacted shop who apologised but didn t offer to refund cost of postage sadly If I order anything next time I won t bother paying for Next Day delivery

Poor Delivery by Parcelforce

There were some issues with parcelforce delivering my items I initially called and got an email response from HiFix but this was not followed up by them I had to send mulitple correspondence chasing up one of the packages which was never delivered In fairness to HiFix they then sent out an immediate replacement I have communicated to them that they really need to reconsider using such a poor delivery service company such as parcelforce as it ultimately reflects badly on them This feedback has been taken onboard Overall I would say the communication has been constructive

Good product but delivery took a good deal longer than advertised

Only received 1 speaker so far parcel force are a joke Over a week since 1st speaker delivered still waiting on 2nd speaker

Need better protection

Hello there Came quickly but sadly one of the tubs was broken you probabley need to use a box not bubble wrap to keep them safe My wife had to help us save all the attabites thar were all scattered through the wrapping Not used them yet but i luckily had a tin that took them Hope this isn t too much of a shock but something kept encouraging me to leave a review Maybe it was the courier who left them pretty smartly Kind regards Peter Harvey

Got my address wrong on my parcel

Got my address wrong Posted to 35 rather than 25 Luckily I had a nice honest neighbour who contacted me about my parcel Item was well packaged and delivered quickly they just need better quality checks

Hifix great shame about delivery service

Completely happy with hifix and my recent purchase however really dont know why they have started using DX for deliveries this has got to be the worst courier on the planet Ok it was bank holiday but placed order on the monday paid for 24 hour delivery but took 3 days to arrive This may put me off my next order

Wrong Information on website cost us more money

The ordering process and delivery were excellent Shame that the information regarding the storage capacity of the furniture was not as promised Capacity was supposed to be 230 vinyl records but we barely got 200 in and that was crushed We bought 2 cabinets thinking it would be plenty big enough Nowhere near We had to buy an additional storage unit to meet our needs An extra 79 we had to spend we hadn t planned for Misinformation on the website cost us more money

Should be better organised

Bad HiFiX waists clients time - on a Monday morning I got the message that my order had been fully processed So it should be shipped the same day The next day an email came stating that there was a stock error and the speaker stand was not available Good prompt refund
