Quality product will continue to give money to websites and retailers like this over big consumer sites Quick and easy no trouble Would love for the website to be updated and easier to use but personal preference

I ordered a Rega Planer deck which arrived quickly and was well-packaged Stupidly though I ordered the wrong model I sorted my mistake out with Mark the online tech on the chat website had the wrong deck collected and the correct one delivered within a day Everything is working fine I m pleased with my purchase and the price was good

Having tried to order a gift for a friend in the UK i m in Australia with another well-known hifi retailer and found them unhelpful and disinterested I found HiFix I ordered the same item for the same price and paid for it via Amazon I ordered it on Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday Perfect
