Great product and transaction courier needs work

This was a very smooth transaction and a superb product was delivered in perfect condition The only slight problem was the delay while Parcel Force sorted themselves out even allowing for the fact that this was just after the Christmas New Year break I understand HiFix are looking into changing to another courier

I would use them again

Purchase on the Web was easy and trouble free Confirmation and tracking email received in a timely manner The only caveat was that I made the order on Friday and paid for next day delivery I wasn t informed at that point that it was Parcelforce being used They don t deliver at the weekend also with the Monday being a bank holiday I didn t receive my speaker stands until Tuesday The ordering process should warn you of this prior to completing it Atacama Moseco 6 stands are excellent

Very pleased with the product would have been 5 stars if kept better updated by delivery firm Came earlier than expected luckily I was home

I bought a REL home cinema subwoofer

I bought a REL home cinema subwoofer from HiFix The price was excellent but was initially disappointed with customer services when I was attempting to track the order The staff I spoke to were very polite but totally ineffective as they continually couldn t get through to the warehouse in order to track the purchase Eventually after about three or four calls over a period of roughly two weeks a guy answered and sorted everything out immediately So based on the price and this guy s response 4 stars

Good service over the phone

I ordered 11 white Show Listen vinyl album cover picture frames in the form of two four-packs and three singles I received a message from HiFix saying that the single frames were not in stock but were back ordered and I would be updated when they were in and available to ship After a few weeks I called HiFix to chase my order up and the person to whom I spoke was very helpful and said he would immediately send me three four-packs to fulfill my order giving me a bonus frame for free These duly arrived the next business day Good service

Poor start but they rescued the experience

Updated After leaving my review I had a call from a helpful gentleman who apologized that they d dropped the ball and explained they were moving warehouses which meant that their normal processes were a little all over the place He arranged next day collection of the damaged item and I received a replacement the day after the collection Items was in perfect condition and had been wrapped with extra padding No response since April 27th for my request to return an item I recieved damaged One very prompt reply on the 27th and nothing to my emails since I ll have to do a chargeback if there s no movement soon

Great Polk soundbar at a great price Hifix supplied continuous updates throughout the order process and item arrived well packaged Would have been five stars if it had arrived Saturday as requested rather than the day earlier which meant a day off from work Refund for carriage quickly sorted though we all make mistakes

Very good price for high quality goods Only disappointment was the finish we wanted was no longer available for next day delivery as advertised so we had to choose a different finish but all communications regarding this were helpful and responsive Goods arrived on time and in good condition Very satisfied
