This is the first time that I have dealt with this company and it was a rewarding experience I placed my order on a very user friendly website which was followed up by a most courteous phone call from the company checking one or two details about delivery My order was delivered promptly on time and goods were just as described With this much attention to detail you could be forgiven for thinking that I had placed a large order when in fact it was just about a small as it could be A company that treats its small customers this well understands the value of customer service and deserves all the plaudits it gets Well done Hivis and more power to your elbow

High quality product and best customer service

Super customer service and very high quality product I needed the item urgently so I called and spoke to the staff before placing and order The person I spoke to was very patient and listened He then explained the best options for me and how I can get the items as quickly as I wanted them This showed there was a customer first focus We ordered customised masks and uploaded the graphic I was amazed that they were able to reproduce the masks just like what I designed via the designer tool on their website The material is of high quality and unlike the masks we buy online these masks have a piece of rubber on the strings to make them adjustable to fit any size I would would confidently recommend Hivis

I only ever use Hivis now they offer a much superior all round service My latest hivis vests with logo arrived yesterday The fit was perfect the logo prints were pristine the colours were exactly as described Thank you once again keep it up

I very rarely leave feedback but felt I had to in this case The tops I ordered are great quality really impressed for the price point Communication was quick clear and concise and delivery was prompt Any challenges with colours in the logo design and all the things one worries about when ordering something like this was checked and confirmed before proceeding and the final product was very good quality in both material of the tops and the finish in the stitching of the logo More so the website is easy to use has clear help tips for bits you may be unsure about and overall a great experience from start to finish I very highly recommend Hivis co uk and will certainly be using again in the future Excellent Thank You
