It is a fraud I never opted for the service Got it through a FB ad fake order Asked automatic support for account and payment info deletion after I was charged monthly membership fee for I don t even know what Got a response from escalation team after almost 2 months They offer to refund me the payment s but blackmailing me into posting 4 or 5 star review here first and sending them a screenshot Well here it is

BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE Total scam Prices were good to be true Also they promised to refund me back as they charged me automatically with monthly subscription They promised to refund it back to my account but it s been 3 months but still no funds arrived to my account They even sent refund confirmation but it was all lie

I ordered 3 products from hobbycrafts website and I received 2 of them less than two weeks But I didn t receive my third parcel on time The costumer support team of the company helped me very much to solve my problem They have great service Thanks a lot
