the customer service department is fantastic They are always polite and knowledgeable We have used them for our ribbons for the last 10 years and I have always been satisfied The one major problem we had with our ribbons was taken care of immediately and I couldn t have been happier I highly recommend them

Ordering was lengthy but she made it painless UPS was the painful part I had to chase down a truck and ask the driver to call dispatch to track down my package I had to go pick it up even though you had the address correct Google is not always trustworthy

Beautiful Product

I help manage a large yearly art competition and we have used Hodges Badge company for the last several years They are easy to work with and everything always arrives on time exactly as ordered The ribbons are beautifully made and the price is very reasonable

Great Quality Efficient

I ve been a customer with Hodge s Badges for a few years now They put great detail in all my orders I ordered medals for a championship meet I m planning on hosting soon I have little knowledge of graphics design and used snapshot and inserted a word as a work-around to my little knowledge I was worried the image quality I created would be low quality after I saw the draft production design However after receiving the package in the mail I was excited to see that the design quality was perfect On a side note my packages have always been delivered earlier than expected which is wonderful As long as you re not purchasing in the busy season you should be able to receive your order quickly

Using Hodges for years

We have been using Hodges for years and place many orders for all different types of event for our club sometimes with different billing addresses sometimes with different ship to addresses and HODGES is great about making sure everything is billed shipped and delivered correctly AND of course beautiful
