Worth it

Found the best price for a perfume was with Hogies and since reviews on here were generally favourable I took a chance despite never having heard of the site My order was delivered in 2 days for free and packaged well I m very impressed and will keep this business in mind for my future fragrance buys

So it was my first order with Hogies Was a bit worried to order after reading some negative reviews They were brilliant Firstly I had the problem with the order they replied immediately with prepaid return label People were complaining about the items that didn t have the packages but it says in their description I knew that the items I was ordering will have the short expiry date So don t get why people were complaining about it They sent all my orders promptly and updated during too After my first positive experience I have placed a few more orders Highly recommend

Rare product excellent customer service

I found a product my mum was looking for for a very long time that was sold out everywhere else Unfortunately it was damaged by Royal Mail despite being very well packaged and protected by Hogies Their customer service was extremely helpful and managed to send me a replacement packaged so well the postman would have to drive over it to damage it again That s excellent customer service and I should hope all sellers I deal with would hold to the same standard Highly recommend

5 STARS Brilliant site thanks so much

I ordered some wireless headphone for very cheap and wasn t expecting much But they arrived within a day I was very surprised and pleased and they are absolutely incredible earphones I am very happy with my purchase and was surprised when I opened my parcel and some very cute chocolate hearts in which took me back because I order a lot of stuff online and never received anything like that before and they were YUMMY Want to thank them for making my day thanks so much guys absolutely brilliant site I highly highly recommend

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service I placed an order without checking the photos of the product and realized I bought the wrong item However I phoned up Hogies a lovely lady answered the phone who was very polite helpful She was very understanding cancelled my order immediately upon request refunded me immediately I have purchased from this company before through eBay they ve always been fantastic Unfortunately this time due to my own fault I had to cancel my order but the whole cancellation process was smooth efficient Highly recommend Hogies
