UPDATE 16 12 22Hogies contacted me by email and said they would re-send my order by DPD They have done and it arrived today I have therefore upgraded my rating accordingly however it would have been a 5 star review if I hadn t after many emails had to go on trust pilot and instagram before anything was done Hogies please just give a better customer service when customers have an issue as your products are well priced and usually arrive on time Original Issue I ordered over 50 worth of goods on 28th November and am still waiting for the delivery The status has remained the same on royalMail which states the sender has despatched the goods to Royal Mail but they are yet to receive them I am getting a very slow response from hogies When they do respond they say to wait for the status to update I have asked for a refund or the goods to be sent out again but they are refusing to do either The customer service is appalling and I need to get either my money back or the goods My last email was on Monday 12th to which I have had no response UPDATE- As a response from your reply what you are saying is that I have to wait until 23rd December until you decide you will give me a refund Therefore I have no Christmas presents and no money to purchase these elsewhere before Christmas Basically your company has denied my family members of their presents at Christmas I will never order from you again with this absolutely disgusting customer service You are happy to keep my money but not happy to try and resolve your customer issues or help As I have said in my emails to you my contract is with yourselves not Royal Mail It should therefore be your problem and your problem only if you decide to ship goods using an unreliable service I will be taking this further Can you please give me the contact details for your MD or CEO so I can contact them directly IHave also been advised by Royal Mail that it is 18 days for a claim and not 18 working days Refer to Royal Mail text below We hold items for 18 calendar days before returning them to their sender so any Redelivery date must be within 18 calendar days of the first delivery attempt As you can see this refers to 18 calendar days not working days
