Ordered a product on the 15th December with next day delivery paid extra The product has been delayed and I ve tried to call the number and sent in an email and had no response back Was expecting a much better service than this I m down a Christmas present now and have no idea whether it will arrive in timeUPDATED The company have refunded me for the next day delivery charge Thank you very much

I ordered the orange Ibiza 30 lipstick for my friend the lipstick that came was number 30 and not the orange Ibiza as stated The delivery time was good But I can t now return it as it s been opened ImUpset for my friend as it was a birthday present When ordering make sure it isn t changed as what they advertise when you come to clicking on the order it s slightly different A scam I think I received the email you sent me It can t reply I ve tried to email you sign in nothings working unfortunately I did check the colour with my friend and put it against mine and both are different hers is definitely deeper in colour I have pictures but can t send them So at a loss as I can t contact you

I recently ordered a GOSH Smokey eyeshadow with eye pencil and mascara The Tin was missing the eye pencil but I was only offered a very small discount rather than post me out a new eye pencil I m disgusted to be honest Very poor service and having made several purchases I won t use them again Shame on you I work hard for my money and deserve the product I pay for

I order a Calvin Klein Perfume I looove the scent and found it hard to get When I came across it on here I thought omg yes I can get another bottle as I m going to run out I bought it and came in just a few days I was so excited same box same box I can freaking well tell that is not my perfume I had been using the past couple of years I compared it and was so upset I couldn t describe it I went to The Perfume Shop lady behind the counter said that one was discontinued as they bring a new one each year so mustn t be the genuine Perfume I heart sank knowing myself that what I bought was not what I got I contacted them and they came back and sent me the label to send it back and gave me a partial refund Uhhhh why the hell do I want a partial refund if your selling fakes copies of what I purchased I m currently waiting to here back Looking on ebay it says make charge a few if damaged If anyone has the magic powers to open the sealed packaging on a product without actually opening it please teach me Mind you one hand I m so pissed that they aren t selling the genuine product and only gave me a partial refund I m glad that since the package has a few scuffs so they can t just hand this to someone else I m just waiting for them to get back to me to explain why they only gave me a partial refund And if I don t get my full refund I m reporting it to PayPal to get the whole refund

Never received the goods And the company refused to and lied that they already opened an investigation with the delivery company even when I contacted the delivery company they told me only the sender need to open an investigation with them Their staff was also rude and lied to me on my face during the phone call Avoid this company

I bought ecooking night cream the advert said damaged packaging and when it arrived the seal was broken The cream smelt different to the genuine item and irritated my skin very disappointed that I was not sent the genuine cream waste of money will not buy from them again

I was really excited to open my product up which wasn t as cheap as they make out they are Only to open the box to an empty broken bottle of the L Occitane En Provence Almond Supple Skin Oil 100ml The worst part is that they must have purposely sent me an empty broken bottle because the bottom half of the bottle was missing The bottle was glass so highly dangerous to send this to someone If they don t give me my money back I will report them to trading standards

Took money from my account then emailed saying my bank asked them to get additional information such as driving licence or utility bill I checked with my bank and they said they had not and would not ask for this via the seller I did not provide information and was recommended by bank to put scam marker on my account and cancel my card Money has still not been returned and order has now been cancelled by seller Going to have to ask bank to recall
