I booked a 5 night stay and found out within 15 hours that this property is known for numerous drug activities and certainly not safe for a single senior woman to stay at No refund and I am out 620 by protecting myself from an unsafe environment Property used on this site need to be investigated before joining your group Very bad for business

Booked and owner within 2 mins wanted to change dates to suit him When I didn t agree cus said I ve booked flights so can t change she blocked my messages I then asked for a refund from the company and they only gave me half a refund even when I have all messages and chat log I asked within 24 hours Complete scammed out of a Xmas present I m taking them to trading standards because I m entitled to a full refund as stated as was within 24 hours I ve got a big social media following 51 k followers so they guna not like this one Only using facts so not deformation

DO NOT use this company to book your holiday We booked an apartment in Spain for 6 weeks When we arrived the apartment was filthy there was mould in the fridge the 2nd shower was not usable due to the amount of dirt and mould in the fixtures and fittings The shower curtains were ridged with mould and extremely smelly The bath plug hole was blocked with copious amounts of hair The wifi didn t work as the owner hadn t paid the bill the air conditioning also didn t work and we had to liaise with an engineer ourselves We got a refund from the owner without question minus the commission that Holiday Lettings took As it was more than 24 hours since our holiday started when we contacted Holiday Lettings they would not refund ANY of the commission even though I pointed out that we had not got the facilities at all that they had advertised They promised to phone us on several occasions each time I contacted them but they failed every time They also said that they would find us somewhere else to stay which again they failed to do

Impossible to find property After you put your options in filter on the map they still showing random properties which doer suits your needs Useless

Something is wrong with the hoidaylettings site but it is impossible to find out how to contact them The error message is 403 Forbidden nginx and it needs sorting out

Have tried to book twice one day after another money was taken from my account then was told my request for the cottage was refused no excuse no apology money was returned Second booking same as above guess what booking was refused no excuse no apology I will never use this site again I m not convinced that they have any cottages to rent Will stick to Cottages com Hoseasons etc at least you know there is a home to rent with them

Booked a property and when we arrived it wasn t clean They couldn t get the room cleaned and cancelled the booking It was midnight and we had nowhere to stay nightmare By the time we got to bed it was 330am and it cost us another 120 for the accommodation Had 2 young children in tow and they had been up since 430am Holiday lettings say they have nothing to do with bookings and don t help Their reply is not helpful and UK trading standards say they are liable as they took the payment Lies LiesAvoid this company like the plague

Awful BE AWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND AFTER 24HOURS BOOKING DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY I needed to cancel and rebook to get a bigger place THE DAY AFTER booking They refused to refund me what I had paid It was a few hours after the 24hours as I booked early in the morning Shocking No budging or movement other than a repeated adamant foreign guy talking over me and over and over that I was outside of the 24 hour window and he couldn t do anything about it AVOID Terrible Zero stars

Complete scam - before you make a booking the website clearly states that you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund I called and messaged them within about 6 hours of my booking being confirmed and they refused to honour their own refund policy claiming that the terms are only applicable before the booking is made The only option I have now is to report this to my bank and initiate a chargeback which is just annoying Avoid these scammers and book via a reputable and reliable provider instead

We have just arrived to the apartment we have booked and paid for only to find out that this apartment is neither available and the owner says it is no longer for rent hasn t been since February and he has received no money We are standing in the rain in a foreign country having to book whatever is available somewhere else and the worst part is that there is no direct way to get in touch with holiday lettings
