I am so sorry that those that have had

I am so sorry for those that have these bad experiences with this company However I thank you for sharing your experiences bc now I know I am not alone This company is a Sham and operates under unethical business practices Sad I too received damaged goods which arrived at the post office that way I refused the package alerted them by email instantly and asked for replacement They denied it had returned to their warehouse even while USPS tracking confirmed it had arrived two days later Still they sent no replacement denied me a refund Run stir clear of them They are CROOKS

Never received my purchase

I purchased from this company and my order was lost in transit I reached out to the vendor and was informed to give it some more time I contacted the fed ex and they informed they do not know where the package is I placed the order at the end of January and a representative by the name of Alisha informed to give it more time After waiting another 3 days I emailed the company back and they didn t respond I have screenshots and emails to backup the unprofessionalism of this company

Scam product with fake positive reviews

Not only is this product bad not doing what it claims but customer service is non-existent no cancellations allowed no refunds given And a lot of fake positive reviews that were posted not by real customers but by people paid to post positive things for them This product is a complete rip-off Don t be fooled by the fake positive reviews People with thinning and balding hair are desperate to find a product that works and this company preys on that desperation by selling crap that they know doesn t work That s why they don t give refunds and don t allow cancellations

Don t bother ordering this product they will take your money give you store credit won t allow you to get any discounts and then think you supposed to add more money to get the product Due to them changing their website my order was sent to a non-existent address it s been months since June 22nd 2020

Never Arrived

Ordered some on June 28 Costed me hundreds Today August 26 Along with my money my hope is gone Their customer service is a joke If you are so lucky to get a response from a human being you will realize that they cannot help They will notify an imaginary department within the company that handles these issues

Dandelion in the ingredients

I almost bought this product but decided not to after reading the reviews I just want to bring to everyone s attention that in the ingredients it does say dandelion oil or something like that so always read through the ingredients thoroughly because I see that a lot of people are talking about their scalping itchy I am allergic to various different types of weeds so that also stopped me from buying this product when I saw that and it makes me wonder if that s what s affecting people who are having issues with this product as well Just something to think about and just my opinion

Bad Practices

Read about this on Instagram and decided to order for a family member When ordering and about to finish the payment I got a pop up that said Your order is not yet processed add an additional bottle for x price and I clicked no thanks Then another pop up asking if I wanted to add another bottle at a slightly lower price Starts to feel fishy So I dig a little deeper online see that this is not a reputable company and X out of the web page They charged my card anyway and refused to cancel the order which I never actually finalized immediately afterward

I bought the Hollywood hair regular serum Initially I didn t have a problem with it I tried the extra strength version in a bundle It caused an allergy and hair loss Couldn t get any one to answer so I asked the question on social media I contacted the company and they offered a 30 percent discount off my bottle and deleted my digital media comments Untrustworthy company
