I can highly recommend Holzkern I now own two watches from the Company which both look unique compared to most other watches Prices are good and delivery times are fast I did had some questions which was answered the day after from the Support-Team which is another huge plus

I placed an order for a bandlet as a Father s Day gift The product arrived quickly and beautifully presented The bandlet was stunning Unfortunately we did have a problem with a damaged link but their customer service was OUTSTANDING They contacted me back quickly resolved the issue and sent a replacement incredibly promptly I have no doubt that we simply had a very rare issue as the overall craftsmanship of the bandlet is amazing Overall a fantastic experience and I will certainly buy other items from them in the future

Absolutely in love with this collection Amazing quality I ordered on Thursday and it arrived so fast on Monday Even the box the bracelet came in is high quality and stunning This is a gift for my husband for his 40th birthday I will definitely be ordering again Great value for such a beautiful bracelet So happy I found this company

I had an issue with a band that turned out to be unrepairable and they have replaced the band completely even though it s over a year old Communication was excellent even though I don t speak German they couldn t have been more helpful Danke schon sorry I don t know how to do the little dot thingies above the o

Great service and wonderful product I recently ordered and received the watch Percival which I ordered as a present The quality and the look of the watch is just magnificent and the recepient was very happy Stunning However there was a small problem with the box the watch came in which led me to write to Holzkern Shortly after they wrote me back to and apologized for the inconvenience and informed me that a new box had been sent to me Excellent and fast customer service Definetly not the last watch we have purchased from Holzkern Warm recommendations

Good customer service I got my boyfriend a beautiful watch It looked even better than the pictures Arrived exactly as stated upon ordering Fantastic product and very easy to change the length of the bracelet Came inside a cute wooden box with tools and extra rings already I got him another box thinking I wouldn t get one so now I have two haha However beautiful and affordable product Great design worthy of purchasing instead of designer brands and it is mostly made out of wood That s amazing
