I ordered lights from Home and Lighting mid November They still had not arrived on December 10th so I looked up the tracking number The order stated that they were left in a mail room on December 7th I called the company and told them that I live in a house and there is no mail room Home and Lighting insisted that I call the carrier FedEx to resolve the missing lights They sent me back to the company who finally filed a report Then after three weeks and multiple emails that I initiated they tell me that FedEx closed the case because they delivered it on December 7th No one has offered me a refund or replacement Both companies tell me there is nothing they can do so I am out 175 and multiple christmas gifts Update to reply I still have never heard from the company despite their reply I also never got my delivery as FED EX says I did But it is oksy because I now am telling everyone I know what a rip off this company is And I am telling them how to get the same products for half the price at Walmart

bought a set of 4 1 didn t work finally got someone to answer an e-mail they wanted a video of the failed light after I sent it to them I had to coax them into a response they said it was after 30 days and there was nothing they would do but give me 20 off buying a new light so much for the 1 year warranty just starting my bad review crusade

These people are cheating by saying 100 returns on the website However when you want to return the product due to not meeting your expectation they come up with expenses for shipping warehousing fees This will never be told on the purchase page and they show 100 returns guaranteed I would say never get into these people s trap Very Bad and Deceiving company Please see what they have responded for my returns query The product cost itslef is 45 They will take 30 and return 15 For what I have not used the product and returning it as it does not meet the standards they mention on their website In case you received the products didn t like them and want to return them you ll need to pay for shipping back the products and we must charge warehousing fees and returning fees on the returned goods after that a refund will be issued The returning fee is USD 30 per item Please let me know how you d like to proceed

Low grade products great communication till you have a problem The products are junk The customer service is a joke But HomeAndLighting co will still market to you 24 7 urging you to buy more of their products that they do not back up - and then want you to pay More for them to take it back AVOID HomeandLighting co

I had a solar outdoor light go bad after 2 months emailed and called and never got a response I will be buying a replacement somewhere else I believe they are affiliated with endurance lighting

Two lights worked great for about 10 months then died Customer support would not help and this company will not honor the 1 year warranty If you buy from this company be prepared to not get any support if you have problems Probably explains why Home and Lighting has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau Go to bbb org and search Magnetic Rapture LLC which has an address in Utah 2 14 23 UPDATE Since there does not seem to be a Reply option for the answer I was given I will append here Not sure why you can say I ordered from another supplier All correspondence has come from homeandlighting coI checked my credit card statement and it shows I was billed from HOME AND LIGHTING 702-6021659 NVBottom line is I don t believe you as it seems this is just a way to avoid replacing failing products under the 1 year warranty

This company is a complete RIPOFF SCAM I purchased 6 of the 14K lumens 1200 followed instructions installed them in area getting complete sunlight for most of the day These lights are COMPLETE JUNK To put it lightly they barely stay lit 3 hours on 30 setting less than 1 hour on 100 They dont answer Phone EVER they dont respond to emails Read the Reviews on every site but theirs I can only guess that their reviews on the site are Fake Do yourself favor spend your elsewhere STAY AWAY

I ordered a light from this scam company based on the reviews photos and videos from customers When I placed the order i was asked if I wanted to add the mounting pole for another cost I declined based upon the fact that all sales info shown on photos videos the site included the pole mount When I received I was shocked to find no mount making the purchase useless and not in accordance with all of the sales literature I requested a return immediately upon delivery They have informed me that regardless of the 100 guarantee and no risk money back guarantee they now want to charge me 30 for the return DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS THE NOTE RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW BELOW IS BOGUS MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED BY HOMEANDLIGHTING CO DONT BELIEVE THEIR LIES

crickets when emailing Home and Lighting Co Bought a 60 watt light almost exactly 6 months ago and was working great Now however it is nothing nothing more than ornament on the side of my house Won t turn on won t charge absolutely dead as a doorknob For what I paid I could have put a wired light up instead and never have had this disappointment Won t ever recommend this product to anyone

Bought two 60W light unit and one broke down in less than a year They wouldn t honor the 1 year warranty stating that their return policy was 30 days when they advertise on all their units on their website with a 1 year warranty Deceptive practices false advertising terrible customer service
